B'Haven by the Beach San Clemente Condo w/ Private Garage

Our family has visited beautiful San Clemente for years now, making so many wonderful memories here that we consider this area our home away from our Colorado home. We are delighted to invite you to share in it with us at what we call our ‘B’Haven by the Beach.’ We hope that our condo will become a haven for you, too, if you're looking for a longer place to stay.

B’Haven is a coastal farmhouse-decorated style condo located in San Clemente’s beautiful east side. Our B’Haven is a quick drive from multiple beaches and ocean fronts, including the San Clemente Pier and beach walk, San Clemente downtown at Avenida Del Mar, the locals’ favorite North Beach, Capistrano Beach, Doheny Beach and Dana Point Harbor. Multiple parks, trails and beaches are easily accessible within less than 10 minutes.

B’Haven is in a uniquely quiet, peaceful condo complex. Two beautiful pools and hot tubs beckon you to relax. Creeks run throughout the complex, and the sounds of flowing water add ambiance to B’Haven. For guests who enjoy running, hiking or simply taking evening strolls, B’Haven offers direct access to the Rancho San Clemente Ridgeline Trail with glorious views of the Pacific Ocean.

Park in the private garage, then walk along the creek-side path to the condo. Our upstairs, end-unit condo features beautiful high vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan. B’Haven’s windows and sliding glass doors face multiple directions catching sun and sky. The condo is light and bright with stylish plank flooring and cross ventilation. The bathroom features floor to ceiling mirrors, and the large walk-in closet provides plenty of storage space.

B’Haven is fully equipped for dining, with a gas range, George Foreman grill, Brita water filter pitcher, crock pot and microwave, as well as various appliances, baking dishes and cookware. Our condo also has a washer and dryer in unit.

The king size bed features a Dream Cloud mattress. The sleeper sofa with 4” memory foam mattress easily accommodates an additional two. Get comfortable with the throw blankets and pillows, or lounge in the house robes provided for personal use in the condo. Enjoy watching cable on one of two televisions or relax on the patio with its hanging lights in the evenings.

There is a desk in the bedroom, as well as multiple drawers throughout the condo for storage. When you’re not heading to the beach or a local trail, the high-speed internet will enable you to work or browse.

Please note: Overnight parking is in the one car garage, which fits normal sized cars up to small SUVs.

Groceries are easily accessible, with Walmart and Albertsons a five-minute drive away. The Outlets at San Clemente and downtown San Clemente shopping are less than ten minutes away.
