Whether you’re a skier, hiker, cyclist, curist, or visiting with family or friends, our accommodation is perfect for all your vacation needs! Forget about the car—everything you need is within walking distance. Our accommodation can host up to 8 people. It consists of a spacious, bright living room, a separate and fully equipped kitchen, and three roomy bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. The apartment is pleasant to live in year-round, with balconies offering views of the tree-lined Allées d'Étigny. Located on the second floor of a beautiful, typical building in Bagnères de Luchon, it is accessible by elevator. Living Area: - An entryway with a storage wardrobe and coat rack. - A comfortable living room with a sofa, armchairs, TV, and a large dining table for gatherings. - A fully equipped kitchen with a gas hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and raclette machine. - A bathroom with a washing machine and dryer. - Separate toilet. Sleeping Area: - Bedroom 1: two single beds (90x200), storage, and TV. - Bedroom 2: two single beds (90x200), en-suite bathroom, workspace, storage, and TV. - Bedroom 3: four bunk beds (90x190), storage, and TV. Equipped for Your Little Travelers! For your children, you will find a travel crib, high chair, junior chair, baby bathtub, as well as books and a few games for entertainment. Additional Benefit: Private parking space, cellar for your bikes and skis You will have access to the entire apartment, the storage area, and a private parking space, except for one closet that we reserve for our personal use. During your stay, the concierge service is at your disposal to meet your requests. To facilitate your arrival, we provide the following items: oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies. We kindly ask that you replace any items you use, so that future guests can also enjoy a pleasant arrival. Cleaning the apartment at the end of your stay is the responsibility of the guests. If you prefer not to handle this, the concierge can offer you a cleaning option. Bed linen and towels are not provided. However, the concierge offers a rental service for these items to ensure your comfort during your stay. A security deposit is required by the concierge from all guests.
