For shopping lovers, Sainte-Catherine Street, the longest shopping street in Europe, is just a 5-minute walk away, as is Place de la Victoire, where you can enjoy the lively atmosphere.
This accommodation is perfect for two guests, offering a cozy and intimate space. It features a comfortable bedroom with a double bed, ideal for a restful stay. The simple and authentic decor creates a warm atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing.

DEPOSIT
A deposit of €250 will be required as part of the rental process. Managed via the secure online service Swikly, this deposit is mandatory and must be completed before your arrival. The amount is neither blocked nor debited, and it will not impact your card's spending limits. Only a service fee of €3.30 will be charged.
Within 7 days after your departure, provided the terms and conditions are met and the property is returned in perfect condition, the operation will be automatically canceled.
COMMUNICATION WITH GUESTS
One of our receptionists will contact you on the day of your arrival to schedule your check-in time. Check-ins are typically between 4:00 PM and 8:30 PM, but a late check-in is possible upon request, with an additional fee of €10 per extra hour.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
From Mérignac Airport:
Take tram A from Mérignac Airport stop to Palais de Justice, then take tram A from Palais de Justice to Saint-Michel stop and walk 2 minutes.
From Saint-Jean Train Station:
Take tram C from Saint-Jean Station to Saint-Michel stop and walk 3 minutes.
For parking, a private and secure parking space is available 150 meters from the apartment. If you prefer street parking, it is free from 7:00 PM to 9:00 AM, as well as on Sundays and public holidays.
