Perfect Reunion Home

Excellent property for a large group( 17). Beautifully decorated. Steps to the beach out your back door and close to restaurants and grocery stores. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent Trip

Very impressed. This home is well designed for a group, great in iffy weather (beautiful rainy day view), and we had an excellent experience with getting an elevator repair man out to assist with a stuck door latch on Christmas Day. Also very clean. Would recommend the house and/or the company to a friend.

Family Vacation

Overall, we all had a great stay at Suite Dreams! The house was beautiful and right on the beach. The pictures of the pool/deck are a little deceiving because the walk way out to the beach actually belongs to the neighbors’ house and is not attached to the property. This turned out to work in our favor with 8 small kids under the age of 6 though- “the pit” as we called it was a sandy area on the house side of the dune that allowed the kids to play without the danger of the ocean. Being the first week of June, our weather was still on the cooler side, so the pool water was still too cold for swimming and knowing that the pool was not heated would have been beneficial. We did have some problems with a broken outdoor shower during our stay- but the rental agency was very responsive in addressing the problem. Additionally, the water heater in the house didn’t work 100% of the time- the showers would start off hot and then briefly turn ice cold and back to hot again. We would recommend bringing your own bath towels as the towels that are provided were barely big enough to cover the small kids. We also had to buy a large pot to cook with because there was no pot large enough to cook food for the 19 people that were staying in the house. Beds were all comfortable and there was plenty of seating for gathering at night and early mornings.

Uncomfortably Warm

This is truly a beautiful property with amazing views but the main floor (top floor) which was kitchen, dining & living area was extremely uncomfortable because the air conditioner could not keep it cool. The property manager sent someone to check the system & we were told that the system was doing all that it could, which I already suspected was the case. Early morning it was very cool from catching up during the night but by 10am the temperature would start climbing and hovered around 78 degrees the entire day and late into the night. Cooking dinners only added to the problem and one evening the temperature was an unberable 82 degrees. The overall cleanliness of the house was generally unacceptable, one bathroom had sand and hair in the shower as if it was missed. We had to go purchase wine glasses and low ball glasses as there were none in the house. I do not mean to sound like I am overly picky or a complainer, but when you rent a property at this price point I think it is fair for your expectations to be as high as the rental fee.
