Great place

All was as expected and pretty clean. The floors could have stood a damp mop but it was ok. Pool needed cleaning too. Our second year at Oceanwalk and love location. The condo was nicely decorated and beds comfy. We totally enjoyed our stay.

Overall good stay

Positives: location, beach access, pool, (most) of the neighbors, condo amenities. Negatives: communication, (some) neighbors, misunderstood balcony/ deck situation. Overall good beach stay. We’ve been coming to OKI on and off for over 20years and are familiar with these condos. I attempted to reach out the the “property manager” multiple times via email, text and phone, to ask questions about check in and pool status (pool was down for 3 days)… I never got a response, only automated messages. A bit of advice… if you drive a large truck or SUV your vehicle will hang out of the designated enclosed parking spaces. This will leave it exposed to anything dropped or falling from the balconies above it. Unfortunately mine was under a balcony with patrons that stayed drunk all day and night.. I woke up one morning to puke and cigarette butts all over my hood and front of my truck. I parked in the visitors area the rest of the trip. The overview of the listing states ocean views. I “assumed” it had a patio area, this unit only has a standing deck for maybe one person.

Great getaway

We had a change of plans last minute and found this property available. From booking, to check-in, to the condition of the newly renovated property - everything was just as advertised. Perfection location and very clean and quiet. We loved it and look forward to booking again.
