Townhome that is Welcoming and makes you feel right at home. It will always be neat and clean. It is located in a gated community. Includes a two car garage. Big backyard. Large master bedroom. Each room has its own restroom, t.v., and closet. Kitchen has a stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. Pots, pans, and dinnerware. Iron and ironing board available. Living room has a t.v. available. Wifi available. Home is disinfected with Lysol and Clorox products. All towels and bedding are disinfected with Lysol detergent. I am always available for any questions.

The house was great. Only problem was the washer did not work properly and our clothes still had soap in them even after i washed them again without detergent. We have stayed before and the washer did not work then. I recommend a new washer. Everything else with the house was good.

We went to send off my son he is joining the army. House was clean. Easy access in and out. Neighborhood is pretty quiet. We did have an issue with one toilet but host sent somene right away and they were in and out. So they are very attentive. Highly recommend.

Weekend event

The rental is in a gated community. It is close to a lot of restaurants and stores. It was super clean. The owner was super great at responding to us. There is a washer and dryer wguch is great, so make sure to bring some detergent if you're likr me and hate to get home with dirty clothes. Make sure to bring your own toiletries and a hair dryer if you need one. Crystal was a super host. We will definitely rent this of we need it in the future.

Pleasant Stay

Our stay at this property was comfortable and better than staying at a hotel. I understand that Rio Grande City is very dusty and that's probably the reason the floors weren't as clean but overall it was very pleasant. It was very nice because the property has 2-1/2 baths and the kitchen has everything you need to cook and hang around in. In addition, it was outstanding because the property has 3 TV's. Added bonus is a garage and nice backyard.

Clean, convenient but some issues

Overall the home was clean and convenient but we did have some concerns during our stay. There were some minor issues such as the broken trashcan, no water from fridge or water dispenser, missing TV remote, loose toilet seats, etc. Our main concern was multiple smoke alarms beeping, indicating low battery but no available batteries or ladders to correct the issue. I reached out to the host and they were initially responsive but it was late, plus with the holiday, it ultimately didn't get resolved. One of the batteries must have eventually died because it stopped beeping but this alarmed us further because it made us think someone hadn't been out to check on the property for quite some time.
