The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency in Saint-François, Guadeloupe, offers this 32 m² air-conditioned studio with shared swimming pool, 150 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the first floor, it comprises a living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a bathroom (with shower) and a 1,000 m² residential garden. Wifi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- An air-conditioned sleeping area with TV, double bed (140x190) on the floor and a double bed (140x190) on the mezzanine.
- A 5 m² dining area, open to the outside, with a fully-equipped kitchenette including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob...
- A bathroom with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, ceiling fan on the terrace, iron.

Exterior:
- An unheated infinity pool, shared by the residence and accessible all year round, with secure access.
- A shared residential garden of 1000 m², fully enclosed, ideal for enjoying fine weather.

The studio is ideally located in Saint-François, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities:
- Beaches and water sports, golf
- Hike to the summit of La Soufrière to see an active volcano in the clouds
- Snorkeling at Réserve Cousteau and swimming with turtles and tropical fish
- Parachute to Le Moule for a bird's-eye view of the archipelago
- Explore Les Saintes by scooter, between sublime beaches and postcard panoramas

Transportation
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private, secure car park (maximum 1 vehicle, non-private spaces).

For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Saint-François bus station, about 9 minutes by car
- Nearest airport: Guadeloupe-Maryse Condé airport, about 45min by car.

- A security guard is present at the entrance to the residence.
- All children bathing is under the responsibility of a parent. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to weather conditions.

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future guests. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
