The place was cute and it was in a great location near town. The heated floors in the bathroom were a plus.

Rural perfection

The place was in the wooded northern area of Flagstaff away from all commercial areas with no neighbors nearby. This was great because it was quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. Plus it was easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go in Flagstaff. The condo was new, clean, and perfect. We'll definitely return when in the area. You should stay there one day too. You won't regret it! : )

Great place to stay

The property was very comfortable for the 2 of us plus our dog. It was small but had everything we needed and more than enough room for us to relax in. Easy drive to everything. The neighborhood was quiet and was a great relaxing weekend trip!

Amazing Spot!!

Lindsey’s place is an amazing place - highly recommend! We will be coming back in the future. My wife, son, and pup loves it. Driveway was long enough to play fetch and not bother the neighbors, great spots to eat nearby Nimarcos Pizza and Wonderlust Brewery, and Bushmaster park nearby for kids to play. Thanks Rick!

Loved this place. The location is amazing.. We wanted something close to town, but also isolated and private. The property was very nice. The home itself was clean, stylish. Had all the basics needed. We were surprised and really liked the heated floor in the bathroom. We appreciated that it was dog friendly and liked the suggestion for restaurants and hikes. We loved the proximity/walking distance to Picture Canyon where you can do a easy walk/hike and see old petroglyphs. Communication was very easy and they checked in with us during our trip. We are definitely recommending this place and would stay here again if we come visit Flagstaff again.

Helena and I love the mountains of Arizona. Flagstaff has been our home for five years now and it's wonderful to share our little slice of the Ponderosa forest and mountain views. We have children born and raised in Flagstaff and we enjoy the many details of living @ 7,000 feet. Piles of snow in the winter has been nice but it's also wonderful enjoying the cool summertime temperatures, especially during monsoon season (July/August)!

Our guest house apartment is beautifully updated with many windows, heated tile floor and everything designed with a Mid-Century Modern look (MCM). You'll enjoy the privacy afforded by being on over five acres and also the advantage of having Picture Canyon and the Arizona Trail (Utah or Mexico, mmmm) just blocks away for hiking or biking or other adventures. Enjoy the full laundry (washer, dryer and iron/ironing board in unit) and kitchen amenities (no dishwasher though). Air Conditioning and Heating provided by a Heat Pump Mini Split system so not only are you comfortable but it's quiet too! Leave the hustle and bustle of the city for a break @ our little mountain getaway.

Remote keyless access, Air Conditioning, dimmers on the lights, tankless water heater for endless hot water (high desert so please conserve!), softened water and clean and comfortable.
