This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom ground floor multi-level condo sleeps 10 with a king bed, a queen bed, two twin-over-twin bunk beds, and a queen sleeper sofa. It features a living area vaulted ceilings and a wood-burning fireplace. The private deck is nestled amidst trees and offers mountain views. Ideally located at the end of the shuttle line, which brings you to Keystone’s Mountain Home lodge and chairlifts in less than 5 minutes, yet just far enough away to ensure peace and quiet. The location is also minutes from world-class skiing in A-basin, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and Vail. The heated outdoor pool and indoor hot tub are located just outside the home.

There are two large private ski lockers located on the main level of the condo building, making it very easy to drop off and store your gear. The entryway also offers a closet for additional storage. The living area features vaulted ceilings and a large flat screen TV above a wood-burning fireplace. There is also a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. Just off the living area is the private deck with outdoor seating.

The full size kitchen is fully stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats seven with four additional seats at the breakfast bar. The first of two full bathrooms is just off the main living area and features a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a flat screen TV, a dedicated workspace and a large comfortable window nook with a great view of the trees. The en suite bathroom has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination with a separated toilet / shower area for added privacy. The first guest bedroom features a queen-sized bed and its own access to the private balcony. The second guest bedroom is in the loft and can be accessed from the main living area by a spiral staircase. This room offers two twin-over-twin bunk beds for additional sleeping accommodations.

Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking.

A few of our party used the hot tub and they appeared pleased with it. Location to shuttle and stores was great. We realy enjoyed the fireplace!

Everyone slept well and we even did a little food prep, so the kitchen was useful. We would have liked a dryer because it was unseasonably warm so we have wet gear. They relied to my questions propmptly via text. Awesome. We can tell you are making this place your own with upgraded decor. Keep going!!!

Great location on bus line

Family of 5 stay with 3 teens. We had a great time at Keystone resort thanks to the free shuttle bus. Older teens liked the hot tub and pool. Parents liked the wood burning fireplace. We all enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Easy location w/great access!

The location is smaller than we usually rent, but, we had less people as well so it worked out. Everyone said the BEDS were very comfortable. Parking is a premium and be prepared if you bring more than one vehicle. The rest will have to be parked somewhere else at a cost of 25 to 50 dollars a night. Overall, it worked out fine and location was suitable for our needs.

To have the lockers so close to it is a huge plus. We managed to do some laundry in a nearby building (they have PayRange for the washing machine and dryer, so no need for quarters!) To improve the experience, the blinders in the living rooom need to be fixed, and a few glasses need to be added.

Dirty, smells like pot, lights don't work

This condo was dirty, half the lights worked, burn mark's in the carpet and rugs. Broken legs on furniture, leaking faucet, shelf torn out of the wall and much more.

My only real complaint: the lights in the kitchen flickered badly, we called the company within an hour of arriving and it wasn't fixed all week. We took the offending bulbs out of the fixture and stashed them in the closet.

Very close to the shuttle pickup for the Wild Irishman and unit is also very close to the outdoor pool. Ski lockers were next to the unit.The unit fit our family of 5 (2 parents, 2 kids, 1 grandparent) very well. The unit is quite dated and does need some improvements, especially in the kitchen. The sink leaked and there was an odd assortment of kitchen utensils (too many steak knives, no glasses only coffee cups). Overall the unit was more dated than the pictures showed.

Reviewer Comments: We rented Irishman #1093 and had a nice stay, however, the day we were checking out my three year old daughter fell through the spiral staircase that leads to the children’s beds and hurt herself. It could have been life threatening if she hit the fire place border which she barely missed. I have sent emails to the property management team and attached photos of both the staircase where she fell through and the injury done to my daughter. I have not yet heard back and it’s been over three weeks now. I recommend additional metal bars be put in place so this does not happen again to future renters. I recommend this be corrected immediately before any other renters occupy the residence.

Reviewer Comments: Good location, responsive management company, but unit could use some work. When we arrived, we found an armchair with a broken leg, and a kitchen light fixture with burned out bulbs. Put in a request to fix these items, and the management company came the next day to take care of it. The chair fix was fine. They replaced the bulb in the kitchen fixture, but the fixture flashed all week long, making it almost unbearable to use the overhead light.The large area rug in the center of the unit had a crease we couldn't straighten out that everyone tripped over. The grout in the floor tile of both bathrooms was coming out, so you'd get little pieces of grout stuck to your feet. The bathroom floor thresholds were screwed down with screws not sunk into the wood so you could catch your toe on them. The range hood was missing its cover, so the fan blade was exposed and spun accumulated cooking grease when used onto the cooktop. The ski lockers in the hallway were nice for storing our skis. Overall it was ok, but showed more wear than was visible in the photos.

Feeling at-home while away

It was a great stay. My family and I enjoyed the place. It was clean and comfortable. The kids even enjoyed having the bunk beds and an accessible pool! It was a great place to come back to after hours of adventures in Keystone & Brekenridge.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
