✦ Rooms are not adjoining and possibly not next to each other. Spaces are assigned upon arrival based on availability.

✦ Cleaning services included in the nightly price.

✦ The minimum age required for check-in is 18 years old.

✦ Please ensure you have a valid ID for check-in, as it is mandatory for entry.

During your stay, you will have access to the property and amenities according to the following schedule:

✦ Check-in is available from 03:00 pm.

✦ Public or shared fitness center open 24/7, available in the property.

✦ Outdoor shared pool is available, opened from 8:00AM to 10:00PM.

✦ Paid parking garage – 1 space(s), available for $50 per day.

There are several additional things to note:

✦ A credit/debit card is required at check-in for a $200 refundable deposit, returned after check-out if no damages occur.

✦ A mandatory resort fee of $47.18 per night will be collected upon check-in, not included in the daily rate.

✦ Pets are welcome with an additional charge of $150.00 (per pet). per stay. Limit of under 45 pounds per pet.

✦ We use multi-unit listings, so rooms are similar but may have small differences.

✦ The maximum number of days that you may book per reservation is only 28 days.

✦ Please note that a higher amount applies for cash security deposits.

✦ Early check in is subject to availability for a one time fee.

✦ Late check outs after 12 PM is subject to availability for a fee.
