The property is a multi-unit, short-stay property located in the Zona Colonial, Santo Domingo. It features budget-conscious lodging options ranging from spacious double rooms with private bathrooms (similar to a hotel room) for two-persons to two-bedroom/2-bathroom apartments with kitchens and living rooms. It is ideally located in the Zona Colonial, just walking distance from key transportation lines, museums, restaurants, tourist promenades (including El Malecon and El Conde), and historic sites. Amenities include strong WIFI, guest-controlled air conditioning, hot water, full kitchens (in the apartments), private bathrooms, back-up power inverters, and a electric generator.
