First floor
- A 29 m² living room with TV, sofa, dining area and open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...

Second floor:
- Bedroom 1 and 2: Queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 3: Two bunk beds

Outside :
- A beautiful, enclosed, south-facing garden of 540 m².
- A 20m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- A shared pétanque court

The house is ideally located in Barneville-Carteret, in a very pleasant environment. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... are close at hand.

- Admire the panorama from the Carteret lighthouse during our night tours: a magical experience between starry sky and ocean.
- Follow the “chemin des douaniers” to the Hatainville dunes: a favorite walk between sea, moor and cliffs.
- Set sail for Jersey or Guernsey from the port of Carteret: an island getaway accessible by shuttle.
