Built overhanging a cliff, the gite L'Atypique surprises first of all by its incredible panoramic view on the Célé valley and the classified village of Corn! Passing through the front door, one is then charmed by the care taken in the layout and decoration of the premises, which gives this house of the 60s a very trendy style in a perfect harmony of warm tones and contemporary furniture. We appreciate the beautiful light volumes and equipped with very great comfort, the large covered terraces, and we love the swimming pool set in a setting from which we enjoy a breathtaking landscape! The gite l'Atypique has been thought for you to spend a dream holiday in a unique place!On the ground floor: large air-conditioned living room of 40m² with large bay windows opening onto the terrace covered by a roller blind; the living room is composed of a dining area, fireplace and a lounge area with flat screen TV; separate and fully equipped kitchen; bedroom with a bed 160; shower room, wc. Upstairs: 1 air-conditioned bedroom with an exceptional view, a bed 140; wc. On the lower level: 2 bedrooms, one with a bed 140, TV, and a BZ sofa for extra sleeping for 2 people, and the other bedroom with a bed 160 and direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool; bathroom with bath and shower, separate toilet; laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Very complete baby equipment available. Wifi, oil heating, reversible air conditioning. Swimming pool (6x4x1.40) fenced and secured by a tarp with bars, wooden terrace and sunbathing area. Enclosed grounds of 2000m² with trampoline, petanque, badminton.table de ping pong, jeux de fléchettes. Caution ménage de 150€.
