Your vacation rental, spread over two levels, includes: On the ground floor: Entrance hall converted into a relaxation/library area, living room with fitted kitchen, bathroom (shower and toilet), and laundry area. Wi-Fi and RJ45 jacks are available. Upstairs: Landing leading to three bedrooms: three 140x190 cm beds, one of which has a television and an elliptical trainer. Small shower room with toilet. Outside: Well-sheltered 45 m² terrace, 250 m² enclosed landscaped garden, and a 30 m² private courtyard at the front for parking. Access to the property is via a secure gate with a digital code. On the heights of Binic, on a residential street, this rental adjoining the owners' home, but not overlooked, is ideal for exploring this pretty seaside resort. Comfortably furnished, you have your own independent entrance, a bright living room, a sheltered terrace, and a private landscaped garden of 250 m², perfect for relaxing in the sun or reading in the shade. To reach the center of Binic, put on your sneakers and go down Nelson Street and you're there: it's 700 m away. Pretty shops, restaurants, and brasseries line the quays. La Banche beach is 1.5 km away, while Avant Port beach, very close to the center, is 900 m away: you'll appreciate it with its wooden cabins and beautiful view of the lighthouse. If you want to discover other beautiful beaches, head to Les Godelins in Etables-sur-Mer, or La Comtesse and Casino beaches in Saint-Quay-Portrieux. 30 km from Paimpol, 37 km from the pier for the Ile de Bréhat.
