Welcome to ROSE Holidays! To help you prepare for your stay with complete peace of mind, we have gathered here the detailed description of the accommodation as well as all the useful information for your holiday.
ROSE Holidays offers this duplex house, located in a calm and central neighbourhood of Les Sables d'Olonne.
Capacity: up to 4 people.
The house is arranged on two levels:
Ground floor: a bedroom with a double bed (140x190), a bedroom with two single beds, separate WC
Duplex: living area with lounge, TV, dining table, equipped kitchen (gas stove with oven, microwave, Senseo coffee machine), shower room
Exterior: private patio with outdoor table and electric plancha, perfect for your summer meals
Ideally located, on foot: shops, cafés, market, restaurants, beach, harbour and bicycle hire. Cycle paths just a stone's throw away.

Arrival: from 4 PM (not before)
Departure: by 10 AM at the latest (not after)
Late Arrivals
A late arrival service after 9 pm is available at an additional charge. Please arrange the details directly with the concierge.

The accommodation will be ready for you upon your arrival: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels are included for a completely relaxed arrival.
Exit Instructions Mandatory
The included housekeeping corresponds to a standard service. To guarantee consistent quality for everyone, it is mandatory to:
Wash and put away the dishes
Empty the refrigerator
Take out the rubbish to the indicated locations
Gather used linen in the entrance of the accommodation
