Featuring comfortable, neutral decor and boasting beautiful ocean views, this second-floor condo is ready to welcome you to Westport! Whether you're visiting with the kids or another couple, or just enjoying a romantic escape for two, this waterfront getaway is a perfect option for beachgoers. Inside, prepare your favorite recipes in the well-equipped, full kitchen, dine at the nearby table for four, and then take a seat in the living area to watch some TV. And outside, enjoy the view and the salty sea breezes off your balcony, or take a short walk over to the beach.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Very mixed results!

The unit was well equipped and with quality amenities and a very comfortable, clean interior.Extremely difficult entry/locking issues leaving us "trapped" in our unit during whole stay, fireplace not working, no prior notice of all day construction ongoing immediately next to and directly across from ocean view.

Clean and close to beach

Great location, clean, and reasonably priced. Nice views of ocean from the living room. Bring your own fry pan and can opener. Furniture was nice. The mattress was okay but could use an upgrade. Linens were basic.

Love watching the deer

We enjoyed our walks on the beach and loved walking to the Marina through the State Park for the BEST fresh fish and chips. The receptionist at the front desk was very helpful if we had any questions. We will stay there again in the future.

Lovely view, setting, and living, dining, and bed room. Loved the big dining table. Attention to detail was a little rough around the edges, but we enjoyed our stay.

It’s a very comfortable condo. It had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed watching the storms blow in and the view of the ocean is beautiful. We were just steps away from the beach. Perfect!

House is okay

View is beautiful and easy walk right down to the beach. The house could use a little TLC. Carpet is stained and bedding could be updated. All the windows were closed upon arrival and it was hot. Took all night to cool off with no available fans. Just a few upgrades would make this place amazing.

Westport Stay

Everything was good but the two frying pans need to be replaced. The teflon flakes covered our omelets and we had to thrown them in the trash. Would be nice if some basic condiments were available like sugar, powdered creamer, ketchup mustard, etc. The carpet had some bad stains when we arrived and we sent pictures to the Vacasa sit.Thank you.

Perfect place

The location is exactly what I was looking for. Lots of crashing waves that are visible right from the window of the living room. The place was very clean and everything I needed was provided as far as utensils and pots and pans for cooking. There was a note left on my windshield one morning for pulling too far into the parking space in the front of my car was hanging over the sidewalk a little. Other than that everything went perfectly and I would stay here again in a minute. It will probably be a yearly thing for me.

Amazing view-but shouldn't list a fireplace if there is not a fireplace.

The view is the reason I would come again. There is no fireplace and the support while trying to figure out was quick to respond but dismissal. The shower does not work unless you like a pressure wash with 4 small jets. The shower head needs a simple clean. There is no coffee, just never experienced no coffee, not even one serving, in our 30-35 stays we have experienced.

Great location and beautiful beach. However, we couldn't sleep due to dirty/smelly blankets and only 2 on hand for 4 people. contacted property, they couldn't provide additional and asked us to wash the ones in the room. Promised to issue a refund, but didn't know when nor how much.... still no response after check out....

Amazing views

The place definitely needs some upgrades. Bake button on oven didn't work, coffee maker you have to press the on button about 15 times before it turns on. Arrived to clean carpets which was nice but all the furniture from the living room was jammed into the kitchen. My boyfriend and I had to arrange everything. Also the stairs to the building had been torn down and were under construction. A heads up would of been great, made check in difficult.

Beautiful location, lots of work being done the structure of the condo building. Didn't know abou...

When we got to the condo it smelled like cigarette smoke. Come to see that the next door neighbor was smoking all the time out front of the condos. We never had the windows open. Also pillows and pillow cases were dirty. The view of the beach was awesome and the rest of the condo was clean. Shower didn't drain very well and shower head had alot of lime build up on it so only half the shower head worked. The complex was very quiet and relaxing.

The condo it’s self is great, and has everything you need. The view is amazing. This was our second time here. Unfortunately housekeeping needs to learn how to clean. I know covid isn’t a big deal any longer but cleaning standards shouldn’t drop. The bed sheets, comforter, and pillows where covered with black hairs. You could tell housekeeping just made the bed and did not clean it. Under the bathroom sink there was used nasty wash clothes left. The fridge was also dirty. When I contacted Vacasa they did not seem to care at all. I didn’t go vacation to clean up after other people. You all charge an outrageous cleaning fee to begin with but it wasn’t even clean.

It was okay

I thought the place was fine. But a few things didn’t go well. My daughter tried to bake a cake only to discover there were no baking dishes. The fireplace didn’t work. And also the tv cable didn’t work. No Roku or fire stick either and no smart tv. Couldn’t use my Netflix account. We ended up just borrowing a few movies from the club house. But the dvd player isn’t blueRay so had to only choose from plain dvds they had. The cable wasn’t connecting with Comcast or something. I texted all this with vancasa. There were no resolutions. I will say that the wifi worked great. If it hadn’t I would have been really ticked. It’s also very clean, pretty much spotless. Kudos to the cleaner. With the exception that some the dishes In the cabinet were put away wet and I had to wash them before I used them. The view was very satisfying. Loved that.

worst experience ever

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, I WANT MY MONEY BACK, the tv didn't work, the towels were washed and folded and store soaking wet (mildewy), and there was a small amount of toilet paper and it ran out. i called several times, and texted several times, yesterday at around 2:30 pm from a supervisor, but by that time we were done. about an hour later even though i had contacted vasacasa numerous times since we had arrived on friday night, and had spoken to 3 other staff, so at around 3:30 yesterday, someone left toilet paper and clean towels for us, but we were already packed up and leaving a day early, as the stay was the WORST EVER. And then the bed was so soft that when you sat down it sank a foot. I WANT MY MONEY BACK, AND I PLAN TO CALL THE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE AS THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE THE WAY YOU RUN YOUR BUSINESS. I EXPECT A RESPONSE AND MY MONEY BACK. I WILL NOT BE DOING BUSINESS WITH YOU AGAIN. THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, AND WE TRAVAL OFTEN.
