The warm, comfortable living area overlooks the park and pool, perfect for keeping an eye on the children or relaxing in a lounge atmosphere. The bedrooms are comfortable, with quality bedding, and the master suite is very spacious, with its dressing room and private bathroom equipped with a whirlpool bath and sauna.

Less than a kilometre away, you'll find the clubhouse of the Port Bourgenay golf course, a magnificent course set between maritime pines and hedged farmland, bordered by the village of Bourgenay with all the shops you'll need, and the Port, which is just a short walk away.
