Alpine Chalet 1800m le Petit Fontcouverte Névache

## Space

Old alpine chalet used to dry the hay during the summer, the Petit Fontcouverte welcomes you for a stay at 1800 m altitude.
The Vallée de la Clarée is a classified valley, wild and nature, it is the paradise of the hiker.
The chalet is located opposite the emblematic Chapel of Fontcouverte, 1800m above sea level.
The Chalet is accessible by the road of the Haute Vallée de la Clarée (restricted road in summer).
You can park a vehicle in front of the chalet.
The cottage has three levels:
The DRC accessible only by the outside home a small room of shower / WC the water is heated by a cumulus with Gas. There is a real WC shower and sink.
On the first floor, the living room kitchen dining room is 20 m2. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove with oven. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed and a large table in the dining area.
Above, the mezzanine hosts a dormitory under the same slope. You will have 6 beds two beds 140 and two beds 160 but also two single beds. The mattresses on the mezzanine are placed on the floor.
Guests can also enjoy the terrace and barbecue.

## Access

You will have access to the entire chalet.

## Interaction

We are based in Névache at 10 km, in case of need we will be able to intervene quickly.
For the amenities:
The camping Fontcouverte 300 m holds in season a small grocery store with the necessary. The Auberge de la Fruitière (200m) can also eat.
In the village of Névache you will find the rest, the tourist office, a larger grocery store, bakery and some traders and artisans.
The first supermarket is Briançon or Bardonnecchia (Italy) 35 to 40 minutes drive. It is the same for the fuel but also for the window of withdrawal of money. WARNING!! all the merchants do not take the bank card are planning!

## Neighborhood

The cottage is located in the hamlet of Fontcouverte at 1800 meters above sea level. It is accessible by car via the Haute-Vallée de la Clarée road. The route is open in summer from early May until the end of November. In summer access is regulated by a shuttle system from July 15th to August 25th from 9 am to 18 pm

## Transit

You will be able to go to the chalet by vehicle as soon as the road opens from the first of May. Winter access is done by ski, by snowshoe or on foot.
