OVERVIEW: Looking to bring a large group to the beach? This property is right in the bayside block, just a short distance to the beach and a few blocks to Dewey Beach nightlife! Parking for ten cars in the adjacent yard. Park your vehicles for the week and walk to everything Dewey offers, including shops, restaurants, and water sports! This property features six bedrooms, four and a half baths, and sleeping fourteen guests. This property can be rented as one single home or two separate smaller homes. Enter the A unit door, and up the stairs will find the main living level with kitchen, living, and dining areas. A large deck off the kitchen provides a great spot to sit and sip coffee in the morning or drinks in the afternoon. A powder room with laundry, two bedrooms, and a full bath with a tub are also located on this level. On the second level, you will find an additional bedroom with a full bathroom. Enter the B unit door and enter the great room with living, dining, and upgraded kitchen. A bedroom and full hall bath are located in the front of the property just off the living area and two additional bedrooms.
There are also two single roll-a-ways provided for extra sleeping. An expansive, covered patio greets you as you approach the entrances for both units, with plenty of seating and tables for outdoor dining. A gas grill is provided for those who enjoy BBQ. This property is pet friendly with a $300 non-refundable pet fee. There is a maximum of two pets allowed. Breed restrictions do apply. Linen is not provided, but we do offer a linen rental package at an additional cost. With plenty of space for a large group, plenty of parking is pet friendly and is close to the beach. This property is sure to make your vacation enjoyable at the Delaware seashore.

PARKING: Parking in the lot next door to accommodate ten cars.

THINGS TO KNOW: The 199.99 processing fee is non-refundable in the event you cancel Two dogs are permitted with a pet fee for each pet. Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a rental package to guests. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
