Welcome to Seaclusion, just 1 mile from Vanderbilt Beach, this 4BR, 2200 sq ft family oasis sleeps 8 (2 kings, 2 queens). One-level, dog/kid/elderly-friendly with no stairs. Set on a double lot with a screened heated pool & spa (no heating fees) Cold Plunge All-in, plus a firepit, grill & griddle area. Features a fully stocked Poggenpohl kitchen with 2 fridges. Spacious outdoor living, perfect for relaxing and entertaining. Starter kit in last pic.

This Private Newly Renovated Single-Story Retreat is located in the sought after 600 block of Naples Park! The house is nestled in a double lot with spacious outdoors living and a separate firepit/griddle/grill area, a pet friendly fenced-in backyard, full complimentary kitchen amenities (fully stocked coffee/tea station, pantry with all cooking essentials and more) & 2 living rooms with high speed wifi dedicated workspace desk. You can experience the best of Florida living right at home! Relax, swim, play, & enjoy fireside chats with family & friends at the Firepit in the backyard!
New in May 2025 — our private cold plunge offers a refreshing way to boost recovery, circulation, and mental clarity. Step in for just a few minutes and experience the wellness benefits of cold therapy. The Plunge All-In comes with a cover that can be secured in place when not in use.
The residence comes fully equipped with all the essentials and more: A beach cart, cooler, beach chairs, and multiple umbrellas are all provided for your ultimate beach day
Seaclusion is Sanitized & Cleaned to the highest standards! We work with our cleaning team to ensure that the home is spotless & well stocked with necessities, so you have an enjoyable stay!
For stays 10 nights or longer, we offer a complimentary mid-stay cleaning with resupply of the starter kit!
Complimentary meal prepared by Chef Stacey (guest supplies food) for stays of 10 nights or longer. For stays under 10 nights, Guest may hire Chef Stacey to cook for an evening.

The house was renovated in the spring and summer of 2024 to ensure a comfortable and reliable stay: new updated utilities, newly tiled walk-in shower, paint and more.
Pool & Spa Rules- Use pool and spa at your own risk. Owner and management are not responsible for any accidents or injuries. Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times. There is no running or horse play in or around the pool, as well as no glass in the pool or spa area at any time. There is NO DIVING at any time, and we ask that you please shower before entering the pool and/or spa. During the fall and winter months, the pool temperature is set to 85°F at check-in. Guests are welcome to adjust the temperature within a range of 82°F to 88°F to suit their personal preferences. The Spa temperature can be adjusted up to 104°F. Please allow the spa adequate time to heat to the selected temperature. The pool light turns on automatically at dusk while the spa light is controlled via the control panel located inside the house. No heating fees.
*Pet Cleaning Fee of $250 per dog (<50lbs)
