Welcome to Les Sables d'Olonne! Settle in comfortably in this furnished apartment, ideally located on the 2nd floor of a secure residence with a lift. Offering an unobstructed view of the large beach, you will only need to cross the road to enjoy swimming or seaside walks. Fully equipped and designed to accommodate up to 4 travellers (ideal for 2 adults and 2 children), the apartment also places you in close proximity to shops, restaurants and entertainment in the town centre. The perfect location for a relaxing stay within walking distance!
Pass through the front door and let yourself be seduced by a functional and warm space. You will first discover the kitchen area, fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave), with everything you need to cook as if you were at home. To start the day off right, a filter coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster are also at your disposal.
The living room / dining room offers an unobstructed view of the large beach. You will be able to share your meals around the dining table and relax on the sofa in front of the television.
The sleeping area consists of two beds: a bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together to form a king-size bed, as well as a double sofa bed in the living room.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower and toilet.
Please note: the accommodation does not have private parking, but paid parking spaces are available on the street.
Traffic is regulated by the city during certain periods of the year. On May weekends as well as Sundays in June, July and August, the area is closed to traffic from 12:00 to 00:00. On 14 July, an exceptional closure applies from 6:00 to 2:00 in the morning.
From January to April as well as from November to December, traffic is prohibited on all Sundays and public holidays from 12:00 to 18:00. Finally, in September and October, the closure applies to all Sundays from 12:00 to 20:00.
