Relax at this newly updated, quaint LAKE HOME.

Unique, newly renovated cottage with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Enjoy views of Houston Lake from almost every room in the house. Everything you need for cooking is in the kitchen and a grill is available on the deck. The deck overlooks a huge backyard and the lake. Two bedrooms offer a king bed with each it’s ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom has a custom built queen bed and twin xl bunk. A queen air mattress is available for the 8th and 9th guest. The home feels secluded in a quiet neighborhood, but is close proximity to several attractions. Hummingbird Hill Farms and other middle Georgia wedding venues, Houston Lake Country Club and Golf Course, Warner Robins Air Force Base, Rigby's Water World, Warner Robins Little League and Southeast Region Little League Facility, Guardian Center and Perry Agriculture Center are all within a 5 - 20 minute drive. We hope you will come stay at Dot's Lake House.

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful home for 3 days and it was such a pleasure to come back every evening and relax and unwind. We finally went down to the dock the morning we left, so serene. If we are ever able to make it back we'd love to stay at this property again. Spacious, inviting, beautiful exterior and interior. Communication with owners was fast and friendly. We did have an issue with wifi, but they promptly got ahold of the carrier (it was late at night too) while we went through the troubleshooting and nothing worked the carrier had a new tower delivered the next day. Such a peaceful retreat. Short drive to Warner Robbins and Perry. Thanks again for letting us share in your home away from home.

Beautiful and Peaceful Property

My friends and I were extremely surprised of the cleanliness and the accommodations this place had to offer. Quiet neighborhood and the property owners were very responsive to our needs. Highly recommend this location.

Quaint Place

The neighborhood was excellent and the lake beautiful. The house is very nice and clean we had a great stay during a family wedding weekend. Bathroom situation is interesting since they are only in bedrooms but families are close anyway.

Nice place on the lake

Very clean home, nice neighborhood, property managers were good to work with. Loved the location on the lake. We had AC issues but the managers did everything they could to fix it quickly for us. We would definitely stay here again!

Great get away

We recently spent almost two weeks at this beautiful house. The recent remodel made everything just perfect. Upon arrival we noticed that this is probably the cleanest rental we've ever encountered. During our stay we also noticed that the attention to detail for renters needs was really well thought through. Everything we needed was provided, including items like paper towels, kitchen items such as mixers, toasters, and they even supplied coffee. In other areas they had hair dryers, iron, clothes steamer, etc. There was literally nothing we needed that they hadn't already thought of and provided. Thanks so much to the hosts for their care and thoughtfulness. We will definitely be renting this house again for our next trip to the area.

Amazing Stay

The rental was clean and comfortable. The view of the lake was great. There has been a lot of recent growth in the area that you cannot see in these pictures so just be aware that it is no longer isolated.

Very Nice Stay

We enjoyed the property very much. There was a drainage issue with the tub but we neevr complained because my family all took showers. So the impact to us was negligent But, the property was fabulous and we would stay here again! We saw an aligator too which my kids thought was the best thing on earth!

Beautiful home with lots to do

We had a great time during our 8 day stay for the NBHA world finals at the Georgia National Fairgrounds. This home is beautiful inside and out, very clean and modern. The lake and dock was amazing as well. Bring some poles and tackle so you can do alittle fishing while you relax. The property manager and owners are amazing to work with, this is our 4th year staying in one of their houses and we will continue to do so! Thanks

Lake house stay

What a beautiful place nested in a beautiful neighborhood. Unfortunately, the Lake House has gators and you can't swim or paddleboard in it so we had to adjust our expectations. Love the area and the owners were kind and professional

Great Place !!

Excellent place to rest and relax. Very clean and well kept. It had everything we needed in the kitchen. We even had a deer visit the backyard one morning. The pictures and description don't quite do the property justice. Highly recommend !!
