このヴィラは、3つのアパートメントと、プールがある1階の巨大なユニット（340 m2）で構成されています。 ヴィラは、14人用の快適で現代的な宿泊施設、プライベート温水プール（24/7）、いくつかのテラス、3つのキッチン、6つのベッドルーム、7つのバスルーム、閉じたガレージ（120平方メートル）、バーベキューを提供し、完全なプライバシーを提供します。 そして最も重要なことは、見逃せないテラスからの素晴らしい海の景色があることです。

Wonderful, relaxing vacation and more than enough room for our 11 adults.

The owners are very proud of their home -- and rightly so. The rooms are great, the outdoor seating plentiful, the pool delightful and a short 5-6 minute walk to the beach and two lovely beach cafes. We had such a good time -- can't say enough nice things about the property and the owners who take great care of you!

Great property that exceeded our expectations. Very comfortable, lots of space, very well equipped.

The property was extremely well equipped and we wanted for nothing. Plenty of sunchairs, towels, loads of space, close to the beach with its fantastic swimming platforms and a couple of lovely bars. Help on hand if something needed fixing. We were very well looked after and had a fabulous week.

Ein eine perfekte Location

Wir haben als Familie mit sechs Erwachsenen eine Woche in der Villa Rosanda verbracht. Es war ein Traumurlaub und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohneinheiten sind sehr geräumig und jeder hat seinen eigenen Rückzugsbereich. Hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit des Gastgebers, die tolle Ausstattung sowie die Sauberkeit der Zimmer und der gesamten Anlage. Die Grünanlagen sind top gepflegt. Die Temperaturen waren Ende Mai ausgesprochen angenehm, sowohl tagsüber wie auch nachts. Der Pool hatte eine angenehme Wasser-Temperatur. In Top: Beeindruckende Aussicht und Landschaft. Zum Meer geht es ein paar Stufen hinunter, dauert ca 5 Minuten. Dort gibt es einen schönen Einstieg ins Meer und man kann im glaskarten Wasser schnorcheln. Die Bucht ist ohnehin sehr schön. Wir waren auch beeindruckt von der Stille am Abend... die Location ist sehr zu empfehlen und perfekt zum Erholen.

Long awaited vacation

We rented pre COVID and finally able to travel this summer. The house, view and location were absolutely perfect. The pod sections work well for all, allowing a gathering space and personal space. The owner was very accommodating to us.. Kitchen and house fully stocked, nearby small grocery store and fruit/ vegetable stand and a array of restaurants. Beautiful and picturesque, hoping to return for another stay in paradise!

Family Holiday

We had a great family holiday last week. Originally booked two years ago we were able to roll over our deposit. The house is as good as it looks in the photos. The owner Tomi and the manager Tonci were very responsive at all times. We had two babies with us, and they were able to provide both cots and high chairs. The sea is very close by - a 3 mins stroll downhill, and there is also a good bar and casual dining cafe within a few minutes walk. Although we used the house bikes to travel into Sumartin, if you plan on cooking at home, as we did, then I highly recommend that you have a rental car to drive to the supermarkets. Useful for other outings as well. My sister recommends the private boat trip to Hear. We had 11 people and both the inside and outside dining tables easily accommodated us. it never felt crowded. The previous tenants had broken the espresso maker. The owner provided us with a brand new one during our stay. Beds were comfortable, good water pressure and good air conditioning. We highly recommend this villa.

A wonderful residence at Villa-Rosanda.

We were a couple of friends of 12 people with a median age of 20. We were looking for a place to spend our vacation together and then Villa-Rosanda appeared and flattered everyone. Because we come from Sweden, it was a long way to go. But I can guarantee it was worth it. We were pleasantly surprised when everything exceeded our expectations. The house was beautiful with a stunning view. All the received information and obtained pictures were accurate. We stayed for a week and it was just the perfect place for us to be and enjoy. Sadly the house was a bit out off town. But we did not mind because bicycle and taxi worked great for us. We decided to not rent cars but I can recommend it if you want be less limited. The communication with the property owners has been fantastic. Great service and so kind and helpful people. They offered a wonderful meal and were always there when needed. Thanks again villa-Rosanda for everything and a memory for life.<3

Tolles Haus in traumhafter Umgebung

Wunderschönes und sehr gepflegtes Haus. Es wird auch auf Details geachtet, alles sehr sauber, gepflegt und in einem super Zustand. Von Fahrrädern inkl. Helmen bis zum Kompressor zum Aufblasen von Luftmatratzen ist wirklich alles vorhanden. Gerne wieder!!

Perfekt hus för större sällskap

Vi var tre familjer om totalt 12 personer som hyrde huset och det fanns gott om utrymme för alla. De tre separata delarna man sover i gör att man kan komma undan en stund när man önskar. Köket är välutrustat och utegrillen gediget byggd med både galler och möjlighet att grilla med roterande spätt. Uthyrarna är väldigt trevliga, tillmötesgående och lätta att nå. Vi hade problem med en AC och de gjorde allt för att lösa det så snabbt som möjligt. Poolen är mycket bra med en grundare och en djupare del. Ner till havet är det ca 40 meter nerför en trappa. Sen går det att bada var som helst utmed viken. Kan även rekommendera strandrestaurangen Kartolina ett stenkast bort. Trevliga ägare, bra mat och dryck och ett magnifikt läge. Kort och gott en trivsam och enkel tillvaro. Rekommenderas starkt.

Croatian life at its best!

We visited Brac Island with three different families ranging from 76 to 7 and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the stay! Tonci, Tommy, Marija and Rosanda were all unbelievably helpful and took great care to ensure we had the best holiday. We were all very sad to leave and already trying to figure out when we can visit again.

Lovely place, with hotel standard and a fantastic host

We can highly recommend villa Rosanda.. This was an amazing clean and vast villa with plenty of space for our extended family of nine. The view was spectacular and the pool was great, and even though it was bad whether we used it quite a lot thanks to the heating. And we were delighted to find the five bicycles for us to use. The neighborhood seem to have a couple of nice restaurants and beach cafes a short walk away, but unfortunately they were all closed during our stay due to low season. We especially want to emphasize the fantastic three course locally produced dinner that Rosanda cocked for us with heart and soul. This is already a precious memory for us. Thank you for having us!

Tolles Haus in Traumlage

Wir waren mit Freunden und Familie eine Woche vor Ort. Fantastische Lage mit Meerblick, ruhige Umgebung, toller Pool, tolle Austattung und sehr gepflegt - große Zimmer, große Küche, jeder hatte ein eigenes Bad. Der einzige Wermutstropfen: zwei der Zimmer und Bäder sind sehr veraltet und unmodern wohingegen alle anderen Zimmer und Bäder neu, superschön und topmoderm sind. Das Meer und zwei tolle Strandcafes errreicbt man in fünf Minuten. Hier kann man von Cappucino über Cocktails bis zu leckerer Pizza alles bekommen.

We loved our stay in this very nice villa. The house was just as presented in the photos and it worked perfectly for our big group of 14 people. The house was well equipped and the many bathroomes was big plus for such a big group. The pool is well sized and the view to the sea is fabulous. Great to have just a few stairs to go to reach the crystal clear sea. As we did not have a car we found it very convenient to have acces to bikes for shopping in Sumartin. Hosts were very helpful both before and during the stay - can higly recommend this place for a relaxing holiday!

PERFEKTER URLAUB IN PERFEKTER LAGE

Wir waren 15 Leute von 10 Monaten bis 50 Jahren. Das Haus war perfekt für unsere große Familie. Der Außenbereich und der Pool waren fantastisch und die Aussicht war atemberaubend! Wir empfehlen, ein Auto nach Surmartin zu nehmen, um Essen zu kaufen. Das Meer und ein kleines Restaurant, wo sie die besten Pizzas aller Zeiten machen, war 3 Minuten zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt. Unsere Gastgeber Marija und Tomi waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Alles in allem eine FANTASTISCHE Woche in einem schönen Haus mit FANTASTISCHEN Gastgebern

Amazing week @the beautiful Villa Rosa

We were a mixed group of 14 adults and could enjoy our stay to the fullest in Villa Rosa. All of the three apartments reflected the photos on the website. Everything was clean and we didn't miss one promised thing/equipment. Furthermore we got good instructions at our arrival. We're glad that we've picked that house and host and want to recommend it to others! Additionally, the conversation with the host was super easy from the beginning. He even kept us updated with photos and a weatherforecast some days prior our depature. Once we were there, we felt very welcome. Everyone was kind and easygoing. We had an awesome week and would love to come back some day :) THANK YOU!

Tolles Ferienhaus am glasklaren Meer

Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr ruhig und schön, nur wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt. Das Haus und der Aussenbereich mit Pool, Terrassen und Grillplatz ist wunderschön. Die Betreuung durch die Vermieter ist sehr herzlich und man fühlt sich gleich willkommen. Der Strand ist eine Felsküste, aber man kommt ohne Mühhe in das glasklare und saubere Wasser um ein paar Runden zu schwimmen. In der Nähe hat es zwei kleinere Strandcafes bei denen man gemütlich einen Kaffee oder etwas kaltes trinken kann. Auch gibt es hier Kanus zum ausleihen und man kann Jetski fahren. Alles in Allem empfehlenswert!

Beautiful villa with stunning views!

We celebrated my father’s 70th birthday at Villa Rosa and had a lovely time! The pool area, kitchen and upstairs room were immaculate. Owners made us feel very welcome and we would all like to recommend staying here. With a stunning view and a few steps down to the ocean, with a couple of bars along the water and a great restaurant down the road (walking distance) – this place is fab!

Super Urlaub

Wir haben den Urlaub mit 13 Personen sehr genossen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie sprechen auch Deutsch. Das Haus ist mit seinen drei Wohnungen sehr großzügig. Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden (Waschmaschine, WLAN, Spülmaschine, Fahrräder). Es war sehr sauber. Badhandtücher wurden gestellt. Ein Babybett konnte ebenfalls gestellt werden. Der Infinity Pool war ständig vor allem von den Kids in Benutzung. Ein kleiner Kiesstrand ist in fünf Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Dort gibt es zwei kleine Bars, von denen eine auch Speisen anbietet. Abends kann man entweder in Sumartin Essen gehen (zu Fuß circa 30 Minuten). Dort gibt es mehrere Restaurants. Oder man geht in ein nettes Restaurant, dass gerade einmal fünf Minuten entfernt ist.
