Holiday rental in Sète: Located on the 1st floor with elevator access in a modern and secure residence with a swimming pool (open from June 15th to September 15th), this spacious 80 m² apartment will charm you with its comfort and large terrace offering a pleasant sea view. You will have a large, air-conditioned living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a TV, Wi-Fi access, and a dining table. The kitchen is separate (induction hob, microwave, mini-oven, washing machine, and dishwasher). There is a first bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and storage, and a second bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and storage. The apartment has two bathrooms with bathtubs and sinks, and two separate toilets. It also includes two private parking spaces in tandem. You will be captivated! 3-star rated apartment. Pets are not allowed. Late arrival possible: €50 (please contact us for details).
OPTIONAL services subject to availability: bed linen rental (€15 per bed), towel rental (€12 per person), end-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchen) €170. NOT INCLUDED: toilet paper, cleaning products, toiletries.
