Amazing Location - Two blocks away from Vinoy Beach Nestled in the beautiful historic NE district. A few blocks from downtown Beach Drive with a trendy stretch of restaurants, cafés, museums, galleries, parks, shopping & bars! This cozy beach-themed one-bed one bath is perfect to get away and experience everything St.Pete has to offer! Full kitchen for longer stays. Private patio area for relaxing with your friends after a long day of fun. It can accommodate two extra guests on the pullout couch

Clean cozy space, fully furnished, wifi for Netflix, cable TV. The cable TV is actually a Spectrum TV App on the TV that you need to use to access basic cable instruction, so there is no cable box. There is only parking in front of the house along the street. The Kitchen is fairly compact.

Hi, I am your Host William with my assistant Usman. We are ready to take care of you as a guest! Please message us with any questions we are here to help! We have a self-check-in and check-out system via electronic lock or traditional lockboxes at each property. Although I do not live on-site, I am available if a need arises. It is our goal to provide a 5-star experience to all of our guests and will try to do everything I can to make sure you enjoy your stay. Please message us through the app with any questions.

We will send you door access information early in the morning on the check-in day. There is only parking in front of the house along the street, there are no parking restrictions on the street unless there is a special event happening in St.Pete.
This is a quiet residential area. I expect my guests to respect the neighbors.

-Please no music after 9 pm.
-No loud guests or disruptive behavior.
-Smoking is permitted only outside the front of the main house. No Smoking or vaping inside please
-No open flames please! (Candles, incense, lighters, etc)

Not "Chic" At All

It was terrible. The numbers on the building are barely visible, so it was difficult to locate. The key was in a rusty lockbox, and the door opens out instead of into the room. There's a carport outside the window, and someone was working on their car with noisy tools. Inside the room, everything was dusty, the linen was old, ripped and stained, and the bathroom was in need of repair. We were not comfortable with in the lack of maintenance of this unit.

Great Spot!

Great little spot to stay. Owner/manager was very helpful the whole time. Walkable distance or a quick drive to the pier and many other things to do.

The property is located in a beautiful area...close to everything that St Pete has to offer. The property is simple, but it meets all of a person's needs. I will return.
