• Maximum of 10 guests – strictly enforced by the County.
• VHR Permit #073622 | Transient Occupancy Tax #069225 | 4 Bedrooms
• 🕙 Quiet hours are from 10 PM – 8 AM. During this time, please keep voices and activities at a minimum.
✨ Respecting Our Home
• Sorry, no pets. We keep this home allergen-free for all guests.
• No smoking indoors. A $300 fee will apply if smoking occurs inside.
• This is a family-friendly home. No parties or events are allowed. Please treat the home with the same care as your own.
✨ Check-In & Security
• A renter agreement will be emailed after booking and must be signed.
• A $395 security deposit is required, it’s just a holding deposit and will not charge on the card.
• For your safety, there is an outdoor security camera at the entrance.
✨ Parking & Wildlife Safety
• Parking for up to 3 cars only (1 in garage, 2 on driveway). No street parking.
• Always lock your car doors and never leave food inside – wildlife may try to get in!
• Place all trash in bags and store it in the bear-proof box. Please don’t leave any outside.

This was a multi generational family trip and the house was perfect. We had plenty of room to cook together and have meals together. The game room was so much fun for the teens.The hot tub was so relaxing after a day of snow boarding as you looked out onto the snow capped trees. The view from the main dining/ living room was so beautiful. The host responded quickly to every message. We can't wait to come back here.

Nice updates, loved the kitchen. The only complaints we had was the floors needed to be cleaned & no wash cloths. The kids loved all the gaming devices.Pioneer Trail was right across the street from the house, lots of traffic & noise.

Modern Cabin, Great Location

Spent a 4 day weekend with family and friends and the cabin was perfect for our group, including small children. The game room and hot tub were awesome amenities and the location was convenient and easy to find. Plenty of towels and blankets, pillows, cookware, etc. The kitchen and living area were comfortable and welcoming, would definitely recommend this property for your next Tahoe trip!

Great Experience

My friends and I enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, the lake and a grocery store were in driving distance. We enjoyed playing the various different games they had such as pool, Foosball, and more. You were able to park three cars in this location which was convenient. There are three bathrooms which is always amazing. We had a great trip and we would definitely book this home again, it was amazing.

Loved this place!

We had a lovely stay at this home. Lots of space, lots of games to keep our 'kids' and friends (ages 13-22) entertained. We particularly enjoyed cooking on the Blackstone griddle!

The only good thing in this house is the kids game room. They book other people the same day. Not enough time for cleaning and you must leave by 10am.

we stayed for a week of family vacation , Everyone loved the property! A great sectional couch and open floor plan gave us a great space to enjoy our family time! Fun snow adventures!

We came to play in the snow with another family and had a great time! The game room is awesome, the kids entertained themselves downstairs allowing grown ups some time together upstairs in the big kitchen/living room area. The location was close to ski resorts and grocery stores, the area around the house itself was good for snowball fights, snow person building, etc. Not good for sledding, the slope is very steep, so we drove five minutes to a great tubing hill. Gorgeous forest views!

Amazing Stay!

South Lake Tahoe Retreat

We enjoyed our family vacation staying at this lovely retreat. The kids loved the game room and there was more than enough space for us all to eat and to sit and relax both inside and outside. Our stay was wonderful. House was clean and provided everything we need. Kitchen was fully stocked and coffee bar was a hit for us who love coffee. Beds were comfy. Plenty of room for our group. Our kids liked playing pool table and game machine. Host was accommodating and responsive. We will come back again.

Wonderful house!

This was an absolutely wonderful stay for us. The house has been beautifully remodeled on the inside, with lots of amazing amenities. It was very clean, comfortable, and safe feeling. We had 2 families staying here together, each with children and it was quite comfortable for all of us. The house had wonderful games for all ages, including the adults, with plenty of space to enjoy. Everything worked great, including the BBQ on the deck and nothing was broken or outdated. Added, the property managers were very helpful and engaged. We would absolutely recommend this home and will definitely rent again!

Winter Getaway

Our recent stay at this property was excellent. There were two families in our group, including two 7 yr old boys and one 3 yr old, and everyone had a blast. When we weren't playing in the snow, the provided games were a blast and the newly renovated space was lovely. Great appliances and well stocked kitchen as well.
