Situated in the Park Shore Resort Community, this lovely condo is the perfect getaway to Naples. Boasting wonderful areas to relax in style both inside and out, you will have the choice of kicking back indoors with a movie on the flatscreen TV or heading to the screened balcony offering plenty of seating to enjoy a cocktail in the fresh air. When days heat up, the sparkling shared pool awaits for a quick dip or afternoon of tanning. For even more fun in the sun, make your way to the volleyball or tennis courts and indulge in some friendly competition. Though there is a delicious restaurant on-site, the fully equipped kitchen awaits back at home base for easy meal prep on modern appliances.

Generally good. Poor internet. Had to have dishwasher replaced as it didn’t work. It took two extra days to do so. Ended up using it once.

Good location and pool

Nice place and was in good location to walk to grocery store and restaurants. Good walking paths around facility and pool was really nice! Place was very comfortable and we loved the lanai!!

Great location for short visit to Naples area.

Very much enjoyed our stay at this property. We were only there 3 nights and spent most of our time exploring the area, so really didn’t use the amenities that much. But the warm water pool was a welcome treat at the end of the day. My only complaint would be that it did not open until 9 AM. Was disappointed we couldn’t take a dip the morning before we left for a long day of travel. The unit itself was clean and comfortable.

Great Vacation Spot

Family friendly

This is the perfect place for families to stay. The atmosphere was relaxed and there’s a restaurant on site (however you need to make advanced reservations). Our kids liked that we could rent DVDs from the club house and play basketball My only complaint is that the pullout mattress didn’t have clean sheets and found someone’s snacks left in the sheets.

Nice Place but Construction Noise and Activity was Impossible

This is a very clean and well organized unit. It was equipped with goodies for recreation and fun. For a small family, this would be a great homebase for Southwest Florida fun. The property is nice with walkways and fountains. Hurricane Ian took its toll on many places in Naples and I suspect here as well so some things were inaccessible. I do not recall reading about the construction in the postings. On weekdays, the jackhammering and concrete cutting began at 8:00 AM and lasted to 4PM. All of the balconies on the North side of the property were under repair. Once the work is finished, we will probably return.

Great location for a family of 4!

This property was very clean and the location was at the end which was nice and quiet. We loved the pool and the wild life in the middle of the resort. It was perfectly located to get to all the most popular places to go in Naples.

Great resort, better room options at resort

Park Shore was perfect for our family of 5 having tennis courts, pickelball, basketball, and a pool. It's definitely a budget resort, great for the cost. This was our 2nd time at the resort. This particular unit is managed by vacasa and they don't respond to messages through vrbo and the whole thing seemed like it was managed by a robot. Youll get a generic customer service person who is not helpful and doesnt know anything about your unit. The unit was as basic as possible. No washer or dryer, TV remote not working, bare bones kitchen, rationed garbage bags like soviet union. Find options at this resort that are managed by owners who care. I'd only stay at this unit again if no other rooms at Park Shore are available because of the way it is managed.

Not a lot of amenities.

It wasn't very comfortable. Very basic inside. Only 3 pool towels, no washer or dryer, No K cup machine, There was not a single light in any bedroom, the TV did not work in the main family room (no cable). The pool was nice, and the porch. We stay at a lot of places and this just wan't great. Since the pool was nice, I wouldn't stay at this unit again, but perhaps another within the property.
