Is that the only negative thing you have to say and you give it a 2 star? Wow- I work really hard to keep this place nice and a 5 star and because you did not know how to lift the handle to let yourself in a gate that was unlocked and I don't respond for 15 minutes to tell you to just "lift handle" while I'm at work- I get a 2 star??- VRBO owners are not like a hotel front desk for 24/7 questions-(especially if all the details were sent to you), I have a job just like most people and you are renting my house- I sent you Very clear instructions on check in and you texted me questions 5 different times the day of check in, with details that were ALREADY explained in your check in instructions- I thought maybe you were an elderly person who did not know how to check email and I gave you grace and didn't even mark down your ratings for the constant texting of details you already had! Very disappointing- I wish I had read this before I rated you I would have included all the unnecessary texts you send me - You clearly don't get how VRBO works--

So glad you had a good time. Sorry to hear check in was complicated, If you could let me know what was complicated I’d appreciate it, the lock box on the gate should be pretty straight forward. Also curious how many cars you were trying to park as 3 cars should fit comfortably using the driveway and space in front of house.
