It has a floor area of 181 m² and can accommodate up to 13 guests. It comprises a 25 m² living room with a fireplace, a fully fitted kitchen, seven bedrooms, seven bathrooms (with shower and bath), and a 2,600 m² garden for you to enjoy. Ground floor

- Saint-Raphaël-Valescure railway station, approximately 45 km away (1 hour by car) – serves mainline SNCF services (TGV, TER)
- Nice-Côte d’Azur Airport, approximately 110 km away (2 hours by car), with domestic and international flights
