Halfway between the Puy du Fou, the Futuroscope, and the Poitevin marshes, but also close to Parthenay (medieval city known for its legendary FLIP festival), discover our cottage L'Udik, designed and imagined for young and old, families and companies!

Located in La Chapelle-Saint-Laurent, we welcome up to 15 people in a completely renovated house. An incredible option, the cottage offers 2 immersive Treasure Game rooms (like an escape game, but with a treasure at stake!)

Designed as a fun, friendly and functional holiday spot, the cottage consists of two levels, with a large private terrace at the back, heated swimming pool (from April to September), arcade room, children's play area, library area, and a board game corner.

And for those who would like to spice up their evening when the children are in bed, discover our unique concept without having to leave the cottage: our two TREASURE GAME rooms. Two rooms, two stories: Doctor Mortimer's quest & Jeffrey's secrets.

The principle: Determine your two teams, press the buzzer at the entrance of the room, the timing is triggered. Solve the riddles, manage to discover all the secrets locked up in these places, find Mortimer and Jeffrey's treasure, and get out as quickly as possible to beat the opposing team... laughter and scare guaranteed (optional, by reservation)

On the first floor:

- A large, bright kitchen with extendable family table. Video projector for companies.
- A fully equipped kitchen: oven, dishwasher, double door fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, wine cellar, etc...
- An arcade room: Professional air hockey, pinball, and darts
- A secure children's area with games, mats, books.

- Safari Room: 2 single beds (90x200) that can be joined together with a bed bridge to obtain a king size bed + 1 single bed (90x200). Separating curtain between the two.
- Bohemian bedroom: 1 double bed (160x200)
- An extra bathroom is available upstairs.
- A separate toilet

A large fenced wooden terrace, planted with trees and secured with lean-to, barbecue area, large family table.
Semi-inground heated swimming pool, secured by a bar tarpaulin (standards).
Petanque court, area on synthetic grass, outdoor games.
Our cottage is located on a square in the center of the Saint Laurent Chapel, the places are free and easily accessible.

A deposit of 1000€ will be required on arrival for the respect of the game equipment at your disposal and excess noise from the indicated times. This will not be cashed in if your stay goes smoothly.
