Welcome to our charming apartment, ideally within walking distance of the Boston College campus, The Country Club, and near Boston medical area Dana Farber and other major hospitals. This prime location offers unparalleled convenience, with public transportation just minutes away. A brief 7-minute walk takes you to the D-line train, while buses are even closer, ensuring you can easily explore all Boston offers.

You'll find everything you need nearby, including grocery stores like Star Market and Market Basket and the luxurious Chestnut Hill Mall. With numerous shopping and dining options within walking distance, you'll always have things to do.

Inside, our apartment is designed to make you feel at home. Two private bedrooms and a study room with a comfortable futon bed that doubles as a small bedroom provide plenty of space for rest and relaxation. Step outside to a private deck to enjoy a breath of fresh air. The vintage mint/pink bathroom is a delightful nod to 1950s America, adding a touch of nostalgic charm.

Our apartment is decorated with art from local Boston artists, which is available for purchase if something catches your eye.
Sandra, our dedicated housekeeper, keeps the apartment spotless and well-maintained for your stay. With a private entrance in a safe neighborhood, you can rest easy knowing your stay will be secure.

When you first enter the condo you may be put back a step at the age and eclectics of the space but that quickly fades once you’re settled. The space is large and beyond adequately stocked for all your needs and even has somethings you may not have thought would be there. The location, though not downtown Boston is well placed. There is a full super market, restaurants, gas, drug store and some specialty shops a short 10 minute walk away (add 5 more to that and you’re at an indoor mall!). The Green Line (Boston’s above ground rail) is a 10 minute walk and a bus goes right by in front of the unit. Overall this is a very nice place that could use some freshening up and some brightening up but a true value for those visiting Boston, BC or even the greater Metro area. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location and was able to walk to Boston College (less than 2 miles)and enjoy the beautiful fall foliage through a classic New England neighborhood. Classic New England home and great for entire family. Host was very responsive and helpful as we got closer to the date of arrival.

Boston stay

We felt the apartment was clean and adequate for our stay. There should have been a bathtub mat because it is very slippery with soap in the tub. Everything was in working order. The front needs some curb appeal but inside the apartment was cute. Overall, good for our weekend in Boston.

Clean, quirky, dated

Everything was clean and the location was good. Parking was a challenge because the upstairs guests weren't always cooperating with spaces. When the cleaner comes, she parks in the middle. Beds weren't very comfortable and the futon was tough to sleep on. Bedding and linens were really dated and need to be refreshed. Throw blankets need really to be cleaned. The living room and dining spaces were nice. Spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was adequate but could use a full size coffee pot. Butler pantry was cute. Overall it was okay. We were only there to sleep and change clothes. As long as the AC or fans are going, you won't hear the guests upstairs.

Work trip with friends

Our stay at Misha's place was flawless. We used each of the three bedrooms and found the apartment to be a wonderful respite from the hustle and bustle of the city and our busy work trip. Parking was easy and communicating with Misha was very smooth and helpful. I'll definitely consider staying at the property again when I'm in town. Thank you!

Coming Home

This is the 4th year we have rented this unit for a school reunion This year we were celebrating our 50th. The location is extremely convenient, the rooms are neat and clean, the kitchen is well stocked and ready for use and working with Michael is easy and stress free. We’ll be back!!

Haven for Witchcraft?

There were several issues here. First, when we arrived the apartment was 50 degrees inside. It was so cold that we left and drove around in our warm car for over two hours, waiting for the apartment to heat up. Throughout of two day stay, we had to constantly turn the heat back up because it would always default back to 50 degrees.The toilet seat was dirty and I had to clean it myself.The refrigerator stop working for whatever reason.BUT, the about listed things pales in comparison to the fact that there was an eerie feeling inside the apartment...Each member of my family came to me separately and stated something felt weird and uneasy in the place. The each said that they felt like they, "were being watched." I then started to take a closer look at the residents where I found several items of witchcraft in the home.1. There is an oija board sitting on a bureau in the dining room. 2. There is also a small alter to Ganesha (Indian elephant god). 3. There is a Hindu statue in the same room.4. There are masks on the wall. One looks remarkably like Konshu (Egyptian sun god). The other was a Buddhist mask with an amulet of magic hanging from it.This location was very unsettling. Good location, but not great vibes inside.

Great location, comfortable, kitchen needs a makeover

Great spot in Chestnut Hill; we could walk or take the T to pretty much anywhere we needed to go. The layout worked well for our family of 4 (teen girl, pre-teen boy) as each person had their own space. The apartment is typical of an older duplex in this area (I used to live in Boston for a couple years) and is fully functional and comfortable. It has not been significantly updated (fluorescent lights and very old/worn out cabinets in kitchen etc.), so if that sort of thing bothers you, this place isn’t for you. Very simple check-in and check out process!

Great location & comfy place to stay

We chose this place because of the proximity to the subway (“T”) for Fenway! It’s a short walk & only 5 stops down the Green D line to Fenway. The same line takes you to touristy spots. Can’t beat staying on the same line, but it was a bit of a ride to go that far (45 mins or so). The neighborhood is nice and quiet, but on a busy street with a very busy intersection nearby. That didn’t bother us at all, but heads up if you bring kids. Also, the rush hour starts early! For example, we left Fenway on a Tuesday at 3pm in an Uber and sat in stopped traffic. We should’ve used the T! However, late at night the Uber ride was quick and not too expensive ($20). Tips: Get the T pass, leave earlier than you think you need to because one time the green line stopped for at least 15 minutes without moving and a local told us that is common because the lines are old and they will skip stops to make up the time. Luckily for us, the stops skipped were all before Fenway. An absolute must do in addition to Fenway, Cheers, & downtown touristy things is to eat an Italian dinner on the north end. We chose Villa Francesca at the advice of a local and it was amazing! Ask for Andrea. We may have lucked out, or this may be normal, but it had everything we needed - soaps, TP, coffee, even oranges & a cool squeezer. The beds are comfy, shower is hot, porch is cute. Wine store with nice owner very close, too. Not high end/ could be updated/ but that is not a factor for us bc price is more important.

It is located near the legendary Country Club golf course (the oldest country club in the USA) and within walking distance of the Boston College campus. At the border of Brookline/Chestnut Hill. This is a perfect location near Boston, where you can stay in a quiet, green residential area. D-train (7 minutes walking from the house) is convenient for a fast and easy commute to downtown Boston, including the Longwood medical area. Rt 9 (Boylston St) makes it very easy to drive into Boston. Walking distance to upscale malls, grocery stores, luxury cinema, parks, and Neta- Boston's first recreational cannabis dispensary.
