Please note that this apartment is unsuitable for people with cat allergies.

This apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a smart TV for watching your favorite shows, and a dining table for four. There's also a balcony with a seating area for enjoying sunny days.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a cooking plate, an oven, a kettle, a toaster and a Nespresso coffee machine. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The bedroom has a double bed (140x200) with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The apartment has reversible air conditioning.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including towels, a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries.

You will have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

From the city founded by the Greeks to the seaside resort it is today, Nice is certainly the ideal destination for your stay. Between the Bay of Angels, the Matisse Museum and the Marc Chagall Museum, you'll find a multitude of activities to punctuate your stay and make it unforgettable!

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro stations, Opéra - Vieille Ville (line L1) and Jean Médecin (lines L2 and L3), are just a 6-minute walk.

Nice Côte d'Azur Airport is approximately a 20-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 might incur a 20€ surcharge. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at minimum.

For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
