Cocoonr is offering this air-conditioned house for rent in La Plaine-sur-Mer, with sea views, less than a kilometre from the beach, featuring a swimming pool, a floor area of 230 m² and accommodation for up to 8 guests. It comprises a 30 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, three shower rooms, and a garden of approximately 670 m². Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

The property is laid out as follows:
Ground floor
- Entrance hall with cupboard and utility room
- A room with an indoor swimming pool and relaxation area
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) with a glass canopy and TV, and an en-suite shower room
- Bedroom 2: two single beds that can be joined to form a queen-size bed (160×200), a TV, an en-suite shower room and a private terrace
- A mezzanine sleeping area with a queen-size bed (access via Bedroom 2)
- A toilet

First floor
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… and a south-facing terrace of approximately 10 m²

Second floor
- A 30 m² living area facing the sea with a TV, armchairs, a dining area, three terraces and a conservatory

Third floor
- Bedroom 3: a master suite with a queen-size bed (160×200), an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet, a walk-in wardrobe and a balcony overlooking the sea

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outdoors:
- A 6 x 3 m indoor swimming pool, heated all year round. The indoor pool is heated, but the pool room is not. In winter, the room temperature may therefore be cooler.
- An enclosed garden of 670 m², facing east/west and north/south, with two garden furniture sets, a corner sofa, a small table, a sofa and armchairs, two sun loungers and a terrace to enjoy sunny days

The house is ideally situated in La Plaine-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…
