Located on the 1st floor (no lift), this fully-equipped flat has
- two bedrooms, one with 1 double bed (140cm) and 2 single beds (90cm);

You will have everything you need for an excellent stay: raclette/fondue machine, ski room, documents and books, CDs and DVDs, games console, car park, filter coffee machine, oven, microwave, television, fridge, etc. Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

There will be deckchairs and 2 seater garden furniture at your disposal.

- less than 5 minutes' walk from the pedestrianised street in the town centre, where you'll find shops, restaurants, a cinema and other businesses.

You'll be within easy reach of the Saturday market, walks along the banks of the Arve, an ice rink, swimming pool and the magnificent QC Terme SPA.
If you're a keen skier, you'll be delighted to know that the cross-country ski runs and ski lifts at Brévent-Flégère are also less than 5 minutes away.

What's more, just a 3-minute walk away you'll find the Savoy field, where you'll find the ESF ski school and where you can take the ski lift to the Brévent-Flégère gondola. And if you want to explore other ski areas, there are buses right outside the residence that will take you directly to Grand Montets, Le Tour, Vallorcine or Les Houches.

By staying in this accommodation, you will have the advantage of being right next to the activities organised by the resort, restaurants, cinema and shops.
You can enjoy a privileged environment and access all the sports and wellness activities in just 5 minutes' walk along the pedestrianised street by the River Arve.

In winter, you can even take your ski boots to the snowfield just 100 metres away, where there are activities for children.

## Emplacement
A famous ski resort, Chamonix is renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. The capital of mountaineering, Chamonix is much more than a resort: its valley is made up of 10 ski areas, a lively, authentic town center and a multitude of activities on offer in winter and summer alike. The Aiguille du Midi, the starting point of the mythical Vallée Blanche, invites you to enjoy a unique experience at an altitude of 3800 m, and the Montenvers railroad, which leads to the Mer de Glace, is another popular tourist attraction. The Mer de Glace is a 7.5 km-long valley of glaciers. Spectacular scenery all year round.
