Enjoy relaxing in this spacious home that's family-friendly yet stylish! Situated in Palm River Estates, the home's golf course neighborhood location and tree-lined landscaping create a serene atmosphere. Full of cozy corners where everyone can enjoy a conversation, you'll love relaxing in this home's central air-conditioning. But when you're ready to head out to the private pool, you can stay comfortable under the screened lanai. Don't forget to fire up the private gas grill as the sun goes down! If you're cooking up the sides, the well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and overlooks the living area.

This home is all on one floor. The primary bedroom features a direct entrance to the backyard patio, a TV, and a lovely en suite bathroom with two vanities and a stone-style shower. Three bedrooms feature desk workspaces for remote working or exploring what is in the area.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Security camera details: A Ring doorbell camera by the front door records 24 hours a day.
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

frustrating

Location and layout of house very nice. Numerous interior and exterior issues. Issues require in depth descriptions, so I will only list them.Extensive electrical issues...broken overhead fan/light in bedroom and pool area...two kitchen cabinets broken...all sliding doors to pool area very dirty (we cleaned them)...grill very dirty and one burner working...pool area dirty with mold everywhere...bugs...diry floors...extensive ant presence on entry sidewalk...very dirty outside front entrance (I cleaned)..one smoke alarm did not work...ceiling airvents very dirty...light cover missing ceiling pool area...back pool area outdoor fauset with timer leaks extensively (gallons of water wasted on a daily basis which reported more than once (with video)... No host to greet us when arriving to explain misc. service as the thermostate, ect. If I were the owners of this house I would be very disappoited in the condition this house has been allowed to get in. We were actually informed by one of the gentlemen that came to put in the new overhead fan/lights that on new years night ( we checked in the next day) that there was a water leak that flooded most of the back bathroom and kitchen areas. We also were told that the entire house is schedualed for a complete electircal rewiring. Like I said a. great house layout and location. Other than that...very frustrating.

Fabulous home for family or friend groups!

The layout of the home and bedrooms was perfect for our adult children. Favorite spot was the pool are with full access to heating and spa controls. Had every kitchen and bath item you could possibly need. Thank you, hosts! Vacasa was very helpful and professional.

House near Golf-Club

The house is nice located near a Golf-Club, calm and between greens in the Garden. It has a big pool in the lanai, good for swimming. The house needs some renovations and a better cleaning service.

Beautiful home!

We spent 7 nights at Palm River Estates and loved every minute of it! Beautiful home, comfy beds, and our kids loved swimming at night with the pool lights! Next time we are in Naples we will check to see if this home is still available!

Nice Comfortable Stay

All-in-All this was a nice play to stay at. My family and I had loads of fun by the pool and the area was quiet. The house was very spacious with a lot of room to accommodate a party of 10. The home was clean for the most part and I would definitely recommend this play to others.

Great house

We just stayed and the layout of the house is amazing the back sliding doors open the whole house to the pool outside the hot tub and the pool was amazing and a def must on these hot summer days!

Great place to stay with family!

The house was beautiful! Our kids spent time in the swimming pool/hot tub every chance they had. There were plenty of pool toys. It was a nice location. There was beach access, restaurants and grocery stores with in close driving distance from the home. Beautiful neighborhood to take a nice walk. I would definitely recommend staying at this lovely home!

Good neighborhood but not clean.

Our family stay at this property but we immediately notice that it had issues with the cleaning. There was dust everywhere, even on the couch and the carpet of the master bedroom you could feel the smell of dust. The fan on the outside by the pool was really dirty and the barbeque was really dirty too. We expect more for the amount of money that they charge us for cleaning. The last master bedroom was really hot, we could not almost feel the air conditioner, we even call to vacasa for that issue and they only said that it was te air conditioning that they had at the house. We really expect more of this house.

Poor Customer Service

We rented this home for our sons wedding. Unfortunately the water heater wasn’t working. We notified the property manager. We had to return from the beach to meet the HVAC tech. He said it needs to be replaced. We had 9 people staying in the property. He spent an hour discussing the options with the homeowners. They opted for a hybrid water heater that wasn’t available until the next day. The tech said he told them that the regular heater was in stock and could be installed in an hour or so. The owners said they only wanted the hybrid. So we went without hot water for 24 hours. It was actually longer but, 24 hours since we notified them. This is in hot and humid southwest Florida. We have asked for a one day refund. We have called 6 times and been told that we would be contacted the next day. We have never received any response from the property manager or the uncaring homeowners. In our opinion they thought “they can go without hot water as long as we get what we want”. Do not use Vacasa and do not stay at this home. They will not take care of you.

Clean, convenient, communicative

We had a fantastic time- everything you need is there from pots and pans to a jacuzzi! Very clean, well-maintained, and having the little hotel soaps and a fresh sponge just made it feel like they thought of everything. We were able to truly relax and enjoy. Would like to come back and do an extended family reunion- the house was too spacious for just us to enjoy! But we loved every minute.
