The flat comprises a living room with 2 sofa beds, an open-plan kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with toilet.
This flat does not have television.

As part of your rental, you will have access to :

- an aquatic area with 2 pools (a 25m swimming pool and a 15m pool where you can practise aquagym and aqua-bike during the summer season) and finally a water games area for the little ones.
The swimming pool is open from April to October and is free for all our guests on presentation of a wristband given to you on arrival.

- various sports grounds: multi-sports ground, basketball court, tennis courts, petanque courts, etc.

- and an outdoor fitness area for getting back into shape or working out.

The Place de la Martinique is just a few minutes' walk away.
A bakery/grocery, tobacconist/newsagent, launderette, restaurants, bars, ice-cream parlours and a carrefour express are all available in season.
Markets, concerts and shows also enliven the square in season, to the delight of young and old alike.

Near the beach of the marine lake and the swimming pool, the BUENA VISTA restaurant welcomes you all year round. On the terrace, you can watch the windsurfers against the backdrop of the Pyrenees.

On the Coudalère site, which can be compared to a village, your children will be able to play safely with their friends, as here pedestrians are king and cars are restricted to the outside.

At Coudalère, everything is planned for family holidays: your children will love the two play areas: one on the Place de la Martinique for the older children and one, very close to the swimming pool, on the beach of the Lac Marin for the younger ones.

Long, beautiful beaches await you 1.5 km away (20 minutes on foot), accessible via a wooded path.
