Step outside to a charming garden perfect for relaxation and play. Bask in the sun on your terrace, equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture and a grill for cozy meals al fresco. For those who love to play, there’s a swing and a ping pong table available. Enjoy spectacular views of the garden along with the fresh air.

Inside, you will find a bright and welcoming living area that blends functionality with comfort. The modern kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances for preparing delicious meals. There’s also a cozy lounge area, ideal for unwinding and watching movies on the flat-screen TV.

• 1 bedroom with a double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower.
• 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and ensuite bathroom with shower.
• 1 sofa bed in common areas.
• Possibility for 2 baby beds upon request.

The house is easily accessible by car. It is about a 30-minute drive from Niort train station and 1 hour 15 minutes from La Rochelle airport. You can park on-site, parking is included in the rental price.

- Cleaning at the end of your stay can be organized for an additional fee of 50 euros, or must be done by the guest.
- Bed linens are included in the price.
- Towel rental costs 4 euros per person.
