LIVING AREA

After a day by the water, retreat to the light and airy living area, furnished with a plush sleeper sofa and two armchairs. Gather around the 39” cable TV to watch your favorite shows. Sliding glass doors to the balcony create an effortless indoor/outdoor flow.

KITCHEN & DINING

The chef in your group will appreciate the modern kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances.

Sip morning coffee at the kitchen bar with seating for four. When your culinary creations are complete, dine together at the table set for six.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This single-level condo sleeps up to eight guests between two bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area.

Find quiet privacy in the master bedroom, furnished with a comfortable king-size bed and 40” smart TV. An en-suite master bathroom is configured with a double vanity, water closet, and tub/shower combination.

A second bedroom is outfitted with a twin-over-queen bunk bed (with twin trundle below) and 32” cable TV. The en-suite bathroom features a double vanity, water closet, and a walk-in shower.

A half bath provides added convenience.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Enjoy views of the beach and Gulf from the fourth-story balcony, furnished with seating for two.

Find fun for the whole family at the complex’s sparkling pool (4’ deep). Relax in the sauna, or make use of the community grills and fitness center.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a DVD player, board games, a washer/dryer, and permit-parking for two cars in the outdoor lot.

Located on the fourth floor, the condo is accessible via elevator.

THE LOCATION

Walk just 5 minutes to the beach! A plethora of shops, restaurants, and amenities abound just 2 miles away in downtown Gulf Shores.

Visit local attractions, like historic Fort Morgan (25 miles), the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo (3.5 miles), or the Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge (13 miles). Or travel 25 minutes north to the OWA amusement park.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
