Spacious two and three bedroom units, some offering a view of the wetlands and bay. All units are equipped with a washer, dryer, dishwasher and central air. Conveniently located close to shopping. No pets, please.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great Property and Great Location

Really loved the location of the property. Easy walk to the beach, plenty of restaurants, pool was clean and lovely, and a bus stop (which we took all over the city) is right out front. The property was very clean, had pretty much everything you could need. There were beach chairs in space which were great for lounging on the sand. Beds were comfy, bathrooms were nice. Lots of space. My only complaints, and it doesn't warrant a star deduction, is that there were people above us who were very loud and you can hear every step very clearly when folks are moving around and partying all night. Also, all of the walkways are patios are wood slats, so when it rains (which it did multiple times the week we were there) the water all falls down through the cracks onto you so you can't sit on the porch and watch a storm, or if you're loading/unloading your car, there aren't really ways to avoid getting wet on the walk to your property. Not a huge deal for us tho, was still a great property and would very likely return to it!

Summer family trip

Condo is spacious. Lots of seating for living room, dining area. Close to shopping and restaurants with short walk to beach. Pool area could use some umbrellas. Kitchen could use additional pots. There was only 1 frying pan and the light in the living room seems to have broken lighting. However even with those things we very much enjoyed our stay, we loved the balcony!

Nice condo, needs upkeep

The condo was nice including the size, the location and amenities like pool, reserved parking, and elevator. The deck was also beautiful and it was great to walk across the street to the beach. However, the condition of the linens, the overall cleanliness, and stocking of the place left a lot to be desired. The bedding and towels were all pilling. There was still sand everywhere so it was clear the last vacuuming wasn’t very thorough. Also there were little things like there was a keurig but no coffee pods at all. I agree these are nitpicks but did leave me feeling like the cleaners barely touched the place between rentals. I would recommend the property but Vacasa needs to do a better job managing the place.

Perfect bay view

The place was immaculate and had the perfect bay view! Centrally located near Seacrets and right next door to Mackeys! The view of the bay from the rear balcony was breath taking! Highly recommended this place for a family or friends trip as it sleeps 8 comfortably!
