Relax with the whole family at this peaceful OCEANFRONT Condo in OCMD! Updated 2 Bedroom & 2 Full Bath on the 1st floor Atlantis High-Rise that sleeps 8. Most Importantly- Only Steps to THE BEACH!

Unit is Self-Checkin & is walking distance/short drive to many Restaurants, Shops, Attractions, etc. Large Outdoor Pool is on site (seasonal). Toys, Games, Puzzles & is perfect for families with children.

NO Smoking allowed. No Pets or Large groups(8 max) or senior week rentals permitted. Book Today!

The Space:
The Master Bedroom has a Queen-Size Bed while the the second bedroom has two Full Beds. There is also a pull-out bed within the Living-Room sofa that sleeps two.

The Master Bedroom has a TV, as well as one the Living-Room with DirecTV Services. The Condo has A/C, Heating, Washer/Dryer, Upgraded Kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher, a Keurig Coffee w/Supplies, etc.

Blankets, pillows, sheets and bath towels ARE provided with the Unit. Beach towels are not provided.

The kitchen is equipped with cookware and essentials for all your cooking needs.

Guest Access:
You will have full access to the entire condo unit. And there is a large seasonal (Mid-May - End of September) community swimming pool and sunbathing area in this complex. Also, the Condo is Oceanfront and only a few steps away from the Beach!!

Other Things to Note:
Condo is on the 1st floor with elevator access.

The Atlantis Association requires every guest to check-in and register with the Security/Administration Office located under the building in the underpass and receive a Parking Permit. During the season, May through September only, this cost is $60 for the first vehicles' entire stay and $15/day for each additional vehicle (up to $60) when extra space is available. Most of these large condo associations on the ocean charge this fee.

Great condo

Very nice, clean property. Great swimming pool and so close to the beach. Condo was very comfortable and homey. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Birthday getaway

Stayed for daughter's 13th birthday. She loved it, it was the perfect size and location. Host was very nice and made sure everything was going good. Very good communication. Would definitely try to rent again in the future.

Wonderful stay!

The check in process was quick and seamless. The location of the condo is great. Close to everything but away from the chaos of the boardwalk (about a 15-20 min drive). Everything was clean and ready to go when we got there and Adam was super responsive to any questions. We had 3 adults and 1 toddler in our group and had plenty of space. Pool and beach were also great! I would 10/10 recommend this host and condo!

Quick getaway!

This was a last minute decision to enjoy the beach one last time before summer was over! While we only stayed one night (this was my error in booking) we had a lovely time and no issues at all. The checkin process was easy and properly was exactly as described.

nice getaway

The condo is a very nice size. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean and well stocked with essentials. Beds were comfortable. The lockbox was easy to use; it was nice not to have to go to a rental office for keys. We did not use the pool but it looked lovely. I would stay here again (just not during Bike Week - shame on me for not checking).

Atlantis 2 bedroom condo in Ocean City, Maryland

The accommodations were disappointing. The carpet was dirty, the bedding & decor cheap. The bathroom vanity door fell off in my daughters hand when she opened it. I emailed the host and got no reply.Only 4 chairs, one of which was broken for a space that advertised it could sleep 8. Partial view of ocean/parking lot. The pluses were the pool and proximity to beach.

Atlantis Condo

Overall I was pleased with the unit. I appreciate the cleanliness and the fact that linens and towels were provided. Also there was toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo conditioner and soap if needed. There were plug ins, which made the place smell nice as well. There were a few minor issues, but my host, Adam was super responsive. My only advice would be to check to make sure everything is up to par upon check in so that if there are any issues they can be addressed while maintenance or cleaning staff is still available. Overall great stay.
