Enjoy this beautiful bay front view in this charming beachy condo. This home has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and central air-conditioning in a great mid-town location. Sit on the balcony after a day on the beach and watch the boats go by or sip your favorite drink and watch the most beautiful sunset you have ever seen. This is an end unit located on the south side of the building. Balcony access from both the living room and master bedroom. Newly renovated home for the 2025 season!

THINGS TO KNOW
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Love the location. Easy access to beach. Only thing that could improve is more kitchen supplies. There was no baking sheets or much stoage containers. Overall will definately stay again.

Amazing accommodations!!We have been coming to OC for over 20 years, and this place is THE BEST we have seen.Everything is new and clean!We loved our stay We willBe booing again next summer, maybe multiple times!The two SMALL areas I feel can be improved 1. It was annoying to have to “come to office” to pick up parking permits, We have not seen this with other rentals (usually all electronic)2. The door code was like 10 digits long

Good view of the bay, no dock. The condo had everything we needed including toys and beach chairs. Convenient location, easy walk to the beach. Love the layout super spacious and very accommodating.The balcony is nice but there’s no privacy wall so If others are out you can hear their whole conversation and vice versa. There was noticeable sand and dust under the bed, and some other areas could’ve been touched up but overall decently clean, we would stay again.

My family loved it there. My wife and I sat on the balcony every night we were there to watch the amazing sunsets that sat over the water. My wife and daughter also loved the jetted tub. Close enough to the excitement of the boardwalk but far away enough to not have all the congestion that side of town has. We loved being able to just walk right up 56th street to have beach access. We already talked about coming back down and staying there again!! Thank you for letting us use your home for our family vacation!!

great place

the only thing is this place should have a luggage carts . they could be lock up down in on the ground level, with a keg on the condo keg ring to unlock the cart. other then that it was a great place.
