Charming studio loft in the center of Concarneau
We welcome you to a spacious 60 m² loft-style studio with a glass roof, quiet and full of natural light, located in the heart of Concarneau. It is on the ground floor and includes a private parking space.
We are just a 5-minute walk from the harbor and the Ville Close, as well as museums, shops, restaurants, bus stops, and boat departures to the Glénan archipelago. The beaches are only a 10-minute walk away.
The loft is a former artisan-decorator’s workshop that we have completely and carefully renovated. It has recently been made available for rent.
The space is bright and pleasant to live in. It features a cozy reading and lounge area, a sofa, a large dining area, an open kitchen, a bathroom/shower corner, a separate toilet, and a mezzanine bedroom with a desk and a 140x190 cm double bed, heated by an electric radiator.
The loft has its own private entrance and a reserved parking space in front of the house.
