Perfect to stay

Fine appartment with all you need, even consumer things like coffee, dishes, toiletpaper, ... Nice and friendly hostess who welcomed us with surprises. Clean, spacy, nice balcony, garage (necessary in that town ) We come back if we go to Tenerife again

Everything as described immaculate clean is in the area that we like close to all amenities if you want Puerto de Santiago this apartment is a must have. Meet & greet from Catrina the owner is helpful. Delightful Lady

Excellent stay!

Our group enjoyed an excellent stay for almost three weeks in Catrina’s apartment. I was checked in and welcomed by a lovely lady (sorry I cannot remember her name) who explained me everything that I needed. In case of any problems Catrina was always ready available to arrange help as soon as possible. I also very much enjoyed the privacy given during our entire stay. The apartment terrace is just stunning and selling point of this unit, you get to have a wonderful view over the mountains and Pico del Teide - I very much enjoyed this whilst working on my laptop. The apartment is clean and well equiped with all you need. Location of the apartment is great too, all within the walking distance. If you have a car, you may park it in the underground parking too. Overall great value for money! It has been my second time in Tenerife and definitely not the last time. The Canaries are just amazing - nature, people and food will make sure you will spend an unforgettable stay! Gracias y hasta luego :)!

Prima appartement!

Wij verbleven hier twee weken en wij vonden het helemaal prima hier! Eigenlijk zelfs beter dan op de foto's. Wij zijn heel vriendelijk onthaald door Catarina, er stond een schaal vers fruit klaar en een fles cider in de koelkast. Het appartement was heel schoon en alles wat je nodig hebt, is voorradig. Op het terras staat de wasmachine. Het appartement ligt in een buurt in het centrum van Puerto de Santiago, weg van de toeristische hotels. In de buurt zijn er een paar leuke typisch Spaanse barretjes. Onder het appartement is Bar Plaza, met een heel vriendelijke eigenaar. Je zit eigenlijk tussen twee drukkere en meer toeristische plekken: Los Gigantes (met een klein strandje, een natuurlijk zwembad, veel restaurantjes) en Playa Arena (een drukker strand waar ook veel restaurantjes in de buurt zijn). Het enige nadeel was dat het appartement heel warm was. Wij waren hier in een heel warme periode in augustus, en er is geen airco. 's Nachts koelt het wel af en er werden ook twee grote ventilators voorzien die voor wat koelte zorgden. Het appartement heeft ook een ruim terras en een eigen parkeerplaats in de garage. Wij vonden het hier super!

Erholsamer Urlaub

Sehr schöne, geräumige und saubere Wohnung, die genau den Bildern entspricht. Es ist alles für einen erholsamen Urlaub vorhanden. Die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend (zum Empfang gab es eine großen Obstkorb und je eine Flache Wasser und Wein). Zusätzliche Pluspunkte gibt es für die große Dachterrasse, den eigenen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.
