Offering sweeping water views and direct access to the Coosawatee River, you'll enjoy a perfect setting for an extended retreat with family and friends. This home comes ready to host, with accommodations for up to nine guests -- plus the family dogs -- and amenities-galore.

Exposed beams and hardwood floors on the main level provide rustic accents for an updated, contemporary interior. The island kitchen comes well-appointed with stainless steel appliances and utensils to handle family cooking, while the dining table can seat up to six. For a special treat, fire up the gas grill on the back deck and dine al fresco at the outdoor table overlooking the river. The screened porch is a great escape any time of day. Sip a morning coffee or play a round of cards at the four-seater table while enjoying your favorite beverage for happy hour. On chilly nights, the gas fireplace in the living room is a perfectly cozy gathering spot.

The spacious lower level is built to entertain! Enjoy hours of fun on the large gaming table with a variety of classic and modern board games, puzzles, and books. Or stream/cast your favorite shows and movies onto the Roku-equipped TV. A mini-fridge and microwave will save you trips upstairs for drinks and snacks. Go out onto the lower deck for another great view of the river out of the elements. Take your favorite beverage and watch the river flow by from the comfortable patio furniture or from the hot tub. Challenge your friends to a game of Giant Jenga!

Things to Know
This unit will have two RFID cards that allow four guests per card to access resort amenities. These cards are located in the welcome book. If you arrive and the cards are not present, please let us know. Lost or stolen cards will warrant a $59 fee per card. Guests must register 48 hours before arrival or they will not be granted access to the resort.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
