- A separate toilet

Outside:
- A shared (heated) and secure swimming pool, open in summer and winter.
- A shared sauna, open in summer and winter.
- A south-east facing balcony of approximately 5 m² with furniture to enjoy sunny days

The apartment is ideally located in Les Orres, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities:

- Experience the thrill of sledding on the L'Orrian Express rail sled, accessible from 3 years old.

Transport:
