This comfortable cottage, located in Glaine-Montaigut, welcomes you in a peaceful and green setting. Perfectly renovated, it combines old-world charm with a contemporary feel. From the moment you enter, you'll be captivated by the warm ambiance of the noble materials: exposed stone, wooden beams, solid parquet flooring upstairs, modern furniture, and thoughtful decorative touches create a cozy yet contemporary atmosphere. The living space is spacious and bright, ideal for relaxing with family or friends. A built-in library offers reading material and games for children and adults. Outside, the garden opens onto the surrounding countryside with a pretty gravel terrace, a dining area shaded by an awning, a pétanque court, and a vast lawn for enjoying the outdoors. The cottage enjoys a quiet setting, next to the owners' house, yet close to Billom's amenities (10 minutes away), and only 35 minutes from Clermont-Ferrand or Vulcania Park. The cottage comprises on the ground floor: - a living room with an open kitchen and dining room - a laundry room with a toilet Upstairs: - a bedroom with a queen-size bed - a bedroom with a queen-size bed - a shower room/toilet - a reading room with a sofa bed for 2 additional beds Small pets only, pets not allowed.
