The Space:

Enter into the bright and beautiful living area with its light-filled windows and stylish, modern decor and make yourself at home. A plush sofa, roomy armchair, spacious coffee table, large flat-screen TV and beautiful built-in bookshelves provide an elegant and cozy space for relaxation, where you could play a game, socialize or unwind with a favorite movie or show.

There is additional seating for three at the nearby bar, which serves as a bridge to the gorgeous kitchen byway of a convenient pass-through. You will be delighted to find that this kitchen has it all, from stainless steel appliances to a roomy pantry, double-basin sink and ample cabinet and counter space. Along with its high-end finishes, it has everything you need to whip up a favorite recipe while keeping you connected to your loved ones via the pass through that ties this lovely space to the living area and keeps you central to the fun.

A charming dining area with seating for six is located just off of the kitchen and adjacent to the living area, making it perfect for setting up games or tucking into your latest meal. This room also has its own full, en suite bathroom, with a single-sink vanity and a shower/tub combo making it easy to wash up and settle in for a night of peaceful rest.

This home also features an attached garage that can fit one, regular-size vehicle. The garage conveniently connects to the hallway with the laundry and half bathroom on the main floor, making it easy to clean up as needed after a day of exploring.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home and outdoor spaces as well as parking for a single vehicle in the garage.

Please note that the garage is small; large/tall (i.e. SUV/minivans etc.) cars may not fit inside the garage.

The Neighborhood:
This home’s incredible location places you in the midst of the Deer Valley ponds, where you can fish, kayak or paddle board just steps from your front door. A short walk from the world-class slopes at Deer Valley Resort, with its Snow Park Lodge and Carpenter and Silver Lake Express chair lifts, you can hit the slopes in winter or take in a concert during the summer at the Snow Park Outdoor Amphitheater. Explore the Snowtop or Deer Pond hiking trails or hop on a Park City transit bus at the bus stop less than 200 feet from this home. The Park City transit bus system is FREE and connects you to all that Park City has to offer, from its Mountain Resort to its historic Old Town and Main Street districts, with their abundant shopping, dining and entertainment options.

Getting Around:
This fabulous home is a two-minute drive, or 10-minute walk, from the Snow Park Lodge at the base of Deer Valley Resort. You are also a few minutes' walk from the Deer Valley ponds and only 200 feet from a bus stop on the FREE Park City Transit bus line, located on Deer Valley Drive. This bus connects you to the Park City Transit system, which also includes the iconic, FREE Main Street Trolley, making for a fun, unique way to explore. The Deer Valley Shuttle is also available to pick up guests. This white bus/van has a stop on nearby Queen Esther Drive. Uber/Lyft are also always available.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that, like most homes in Park City, this home does not have A/C.

The garage can NOT accommodate a full-size SUV. The garage entry is 6' tall, 8' wide, and 16' deep. It can accommodate small vehicles only. There is one space available inside the garage, and first come, first served parking spaces around the complex. There is no parking outside of the garage door.

Please note that the hot tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the hot tub is just chemically treated, but sometimes it has to be drained and refilled. Because of this, please note that the hot tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay. As such, if you wish to use it, please ensure you turn it on and turn up the temperature when you arrive. Be sure to keep the cover closed at all times when the hot tub is not in use!

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
