Steps to Skiing in Deer Valley! Sleeps 6!

Quick access to Deer Valley's ski trails is only steps away from the front door (conditions permitting)! Ski right from the property on an access run that takes you to Last Chance. Ski back home with only a couple minute walk back to the condo. Note to early- and late-season skiers: Deer Valley is very good about getting & keeping runs open, but snow levels vary by year and the access run is not always open in the first weeks the resort is open or in the last couple weeks before it closes. In that case, the Silver Lake base is less than half a mile away.
You will have a private entrance & can check yourself in with a keypad. There are 3 bedrooms; 1 King with ensuite bathroom, and 2 Queen bedrooms with a shared bath, and an additional daybed & trundle in the loft perfect for kids that want to spread out (max occupancy for this unit is a strict 6 people!).
Relax after skiing in the private hot tub on the lower deck. There is parking in front of the unit and a shared covered garage for the complex. We are a short 3 mile drive to Main Street, Park City and less than a half mile from Silver Lake Village.
Summers are also amazing in the mountains! Park City has hundreds of miles of mountain bike trails (both lift-accessed downhills and human-powered uphill and cross-country trails) and hiking. Mid Mountain trail starts a short ways away at Silver Lake Village. Ride the Alpine Slide or Coaster at Park City Mountain Resort, take a bobsled ride at the Utah Olympic Park, rent paddleboards at the Deer Valley Ponds or golf on one of the public courses in the area. There is no A/C in the unit, but the cooler temps at 8000' and chilly nights help keep the space comfortable.

Perfect family ski vacation

We got very lucky to choose a week where there was a ton of snow. I would definitely recommend having a four-wheel-drive if the roads do not get plowed when coming in. It was a little difficult difficult to find the unit when we came in at night, but everything else was absolutely perfect. Accommodations were wonderful and had everything you could possibly ask for The host checked in with us a few times to share information about grocery stores and also provided us an instruction video for the ski in and ski out. Thank you so much for everything.

Perfect getaway for skiing family

The host was responsive (the entire stay too) and gave great advice for our family before we arrived. We have kids that ski (7 and 9) and being able to ski onto the slopes was a real bonus. The place had everything we needed, including humidifiers (Utah is dry) and a great table for our family dinners and board games. Wonderful place!

This is the best vacation rental that we have ever had! The property is a complete A+++. Everything is perfect and the pictures are accurate. Well supplied kitchen, comfortable beds, great view, easy to get to with great parking and amenities. The hostess is outstanding, also a complete A+++ ! We highly recommend!

Ski out/walk in location worked out very well. Location is walkable to Stein Erickson and other restaurants/bars. Very short drive to downtown Park City. Condo is very well equiped and very clean. Great overall experience.

Unbelievable Powder

Aside from having great skiing conditions, the place was great. Great setup, immaculate, ski in ski out was super convenient. Our family likes to cook together and the kitchen was extremely well appointed with everything we needed for making a variety of different meals together. Private hot tub on deck was a treat. We highly recommend this condo.

The place was perfect for our ski getaway. Very easy access to the mountain and Silver Lodge. Katy was great host and very responsive and helpful ( everything from bus schedules to trail access). The house was great and had everything we needed for our stay

Still lovely

Year after year, this is a favorite spot for my family. Super clean, nicely appointed, modern-but-warm finishes, with a great kitchen prep / entertaining layout. Nice deck spaces and upstairs loft is fun for kids. Katy always highly responsive and has great knowledge of the area to help with any questions or plans.

Perfect condo in perfect location

Katy’s condo was the perfect find for our stay in Deer Valley. Location was great with easy access to skiing during the day and Main Street in Park City in the evenings. In-between we enjoyed the jacuzzi on the lower level deck. Snow was constantly shoveled and cleared from the walkway to the front door as well as the balconies. Puzzles and games were aplenty, which kept us entertained into the night. We will definitely book this condo again when we return.

Happy Repeat Visitor

This was our 2nd time staying here, and it remains a very fine property. It is extremely clean, very fully equipped, and with a recent, tasteful remodeling. The ski logistics work well, which is important to us -- ski out is immediately adjacent, ski in is an easy 3 minute walk. Katy is very responsive and helpful -- we hope to be a 3rd time visitor next year!

Top notch stay!

What a fabulous time! Katy, the owner, goes above and beyond for guests staying at this incredible home. Five stars for comfort, communication, convenience, cleanliness and care. Ski-in, ski-out is a breeze. The location could not be any better. The ski out to the main trail is beautiful and enjoyable. Come back for lunch, and then head out for more fun! After skiing, you'll appreciate the wonderful amenities like cooking in the fully-equipped kitchen, relaxing in the jacuzzi, sledding outside, and playing some of the provided games. The unit is quiet and peaceful, but you are close to everything for skiers and non-skiers alike. We hope to be able to come back again for another amazing vacation. Hats off to Katy!

Modern, well-appointed condo with convenient access to Deer Valley

My family had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful condo, which has been well cared for and includes all amenities you need for a Deer Valley vacation -- spacious and cozy family room, modern kitchen, locked ski storage, private balcony with hot-tub, and ski in/out access to the resort. We also appreciated how the hosts offered convenient basics such as coffee packets and filters, a variety of condiments, personal shampoo and conditioner bottles, and laundry detergent. Highly recommend this place and we'd definitely stay here again! Thanks!

Great stay in Deer Valley

We had a great stay at this property. The setup was perfect for our family of 6. The ski-out access was right outside the door, and the ski-in was just a short walk. The owner was very helpful and responsive. The private hot tub was a bonus. We will be back.

Great location and responsiveness

Overall we enjoyed the place tremendously. Katy was very responsive and answered all my questions. When prior to our trip I asked about if there were games in the rental, she asked me which ones I recommended since they didn’t have many. When we got there, the games were there on a shelf. We enjoyed a few of them in our down time! She also promptly responded and her husband came to check on a window shade I was having trouble with. Turned out they got it all taken care of. The kitchen was well stocked. We cooked a few meals in the rental. City bus stop (free busing) was less than a five minute walk away. We enjoyed the ability to ski in and out of Deer Valley from the rental. We all enjoyed the hot tub and the kids loved the loft area to hang out and read. Overall, we were very pleased with this rental and its location and would stay here again. Thanks for a great visit!

Great location! Beautifully renovated condo!

I can't say enough good things about this condo and the owners! We stayed in the condo between Christmas and New Year’s Eve. Even with it being a holiday, the owner was easy to contact, responded immediately and gave great tips about the area. This condo was perfect for our family. We traveled with my parents and my brother’s family. The loft is right above the living/dining space. It was a great space for the kids to have their own area but still be in eyesight. The shower/toilet in the second bathroom is separated from the vanity area which was convenient when getting ready. Someone can shower in privacy while others are using the sink/mirror to get ready. The hot tub on the back porch was amazing after a long day of skiing. The location of this condo is perfect. We each rented a car but only ended up using them to get to and from the airport. It's a short 5-10 min walk to the Silver Lake area. Silver Lake has shops and restaurants. This is also the best place to pick up ski's and catch the lifts to any part of the mountain. If you're looking for a variety of restaurants and easier access to the lifts, choose this location over the base. We ended up at the Cena Lounge almost every night. Great food/drinks and live entertainment plus it's a short walk back home. If you want to head over to main street, take the free bus. The bus stop is a 2 min walk from the house and it takes you all over Park City. Download the mobile app to see when the bus will be arriving so you don't have to wait in the cold. We were extremely happy with the skiing experience. We’ve skied all up the East Coast and in Colorado. This was our best experience yet. From what the locals told us, Deer Valley is the best-groomed mountain in the area. Usually the green runs are short and located at the lower part of the mountain but that’s not the case with Deer Valley. The kids got to see the top of the mountain and enjoy some nice long runs. It was a lot of fun skiing with them this time. The blue runs are equally beautiful and pretty challenging. We loved the condo and loved the area. We will definitely be back!
