If you're looking for the perfect lake escape, this is it!!! Head to the Ledges to see this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. Walk into this beautifully decorated space and you'll immediately feel like you're on lake time! This condo has plenty of room for relaxing with family and friends. The property features a roomy covered deck perfect for entertaining or just kicking back and enjoying the view. This lower-level condo is just steps away from the Lake. A short walk will take you to the two pools or the sand beach with a playground for the little ones. The Ledges is located close to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment by car or by boat. There is also a 16 x 40 complimentary boat slip available for renters use on a community dock with deep water.

The location of the condo relative to the boat slip was great. Easy access to the lake side from the deck made everything very easy and fun for the kids. The condo was just perfect for 2 adults and our two kids with two of their friends ranging from 11 to 14. Mark was great leading up to the stay and communication during the stay was great as well. We were unable to get the keycode to work upon arrival and he was onsite within 20 minutes on a Sunday afternoon. We will be back and recommend this property.

Amazing Host!

Mark was one of best hosts I have ever worked with. He was always quick to respond which I greatly appreciated. Boat slip was right outside your back door which was also a huge bonus. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Condo! Great location

Booked this condo last minute for Labor Day. Communication with the owner was great! The condo was extremely nice and clean and at a great location on the lake! Will definitely be staying here again next summer! A+++++

Relaxation at its finest

This condo was perfect for our family’s week long vacation. We were super close to the little beach and one pool which my daughter (7yrs) absolutely loved. And the other pool was just down the sidewalk and had this insane view of the water. So beautiful! This main level condo was impeccable. I felt like the owners truly treated it as if they were going to be staying somewhere away from home, and they’d thought of everything! A lot of energy goes into preparing this condo just right for guests! It was clean and super nice. We couldn’t find the wine opener our first night and Mark brought us one the very next day. My daughter typically struggles sleeping away from home and that was not a problem here. I think it just felt like a home away from home for our kids. If we ever venture back to Osage Beach, we’d definitely choose this exact condo in a heartbeat.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

This was our second time staying at Mark's property. The place is in an excellent location, with easy access to both pools on the property and the beach. The condo is clean, beautifully decorated and has all your basic needs. We lived our stay and are already planning our next trip there!

Fishing Weekend

My husband and son stayed here for the Big Bass Bash tournament. Condo is in a great location and very clean. Communication with Mark was excellent. Boat slip is a great perk with easy trailer parking nearby at the marina. We already booked this condo again. Experience could not have been any better! Crystal

Wonderful condo in the heart of Osage beach

This place has everything you need to stay a short time or a long time! It has a beautiful view of the water. As well as back steps to walk you down to the community beach area. 10/10 would be a repeat customer!

Perfect Family Get-away!

This property provided us with the perfect family get-away! It was clean, had an excellent layout and came with all the essentials we needed. We love the location, being close to the beach and both pools. The kids loved the bunk beds and the tv in the room to watch movies at night. We enjoyed time on the deck watching the boats and ducks go by. Highly recommended and will definitely be staying there again!
