The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building and is modernly furnished. The property is situated on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the sea and its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use are: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, garden shower, barbecue facilities, and garden furniture.

Location
Crikvenica. The holiday flat is located on an open plot. The landlord only lives in the house occasionally, but uses a separate entrance. Holiday flats CRI CRI 690 (6 persons), CRI CRI 691 (6 persons), CRI CRI 692 (6 persons) and CRI CRI 694 (6 persons) are located in the same house. Access is via a road (asphalted). Parking (for 7 cars) on the property.

Air conditioning. Television reception is via satellite.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from the end of May to the beginning of October, 3 m x 8 m, 1.30 m deep).

Kitchenette in the living kitchen with electric cooker (ceramic hob), extractor hood, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
